7、machine:1. the machine belong to the cold heading machine, the function is the first molding and the second punching products, which is mainly used for forming the heads of the screw products, the work principle is line materials calibration, accessing lines, sending materials to the main mold, firs

8、t punching initial forging, and second punching the formed blank materials and withdraw. the work gets done without any letup, the production capacity can be up to about 200 every minute, which belongs to the more advanced products in the current technology.2. upsetter various materials: common stee

9、l, carbon steel, stainless steel, copper, aluminum, and alloy steel etc with widely functions. (for the stainless steel and alloy steel, can heat them to the appropriate temperature with the heater, and can upsetter.)3. the machine can make the common products such as the common self-tapping screw,

19、nload stably according to the lifting labels on the packaging box, and cant be over declining. after out of box, carry the machine, take the forklift as main, and should pay attention to avoid damaging the surface of machine.fig.1 machine lifting drawing2. after out of box, firstly check appearance

20、status of the machine, and check accessories and tools according to container load sheet.3. the installation of series machines are easy, only need put on the platform of foundation and press the around of machines with pressing blocks.4. after installation and adjustment of machines, clean the anti

21、rust oil on the exterior of machines with cleanser, and fully add the lubricant according to the regulation of machine lubricate system.5. electric system of machines.electric capacity of machines requires: voltage of power grid is allowed to wave within the scope of 10%-15%. frequency of power grid

22、 is allowed to wave within the scope of 50hz1hz. checks whether the power supply consists with the requirements of machines, otherwise, please dont start the machines with force, so as to avoid accidents happening. according to the protection of power supply on the electric principle drawings (fig.2

23、), connect the leading wire of power supply on the wiring plate of power supply and the earth columns. after connecting the power supply, according to the electric principle drawings and the electric elements detailed list, operate the machines and check the completion status of functions of every o

33、hether the rotating is good.)c) rotate the fly wheel by hands or the sudden moving for twice, so as to check whether the rotating is good.(note: check the equipment using air machine is normal.)2)preparation of the tools and moldsatools for adjustmentbmeasurement tools(for inspection )cmanufacture t

39、 hexagonal screw and pad ,and fix generally.(6)insert another the main stick in the holes of the main mold, send the scissors pieces to the holes of the main mold, loosen the fixed screw cap of the scissors trolley shaft, adjust the scissors and screw, until the scissor pieces lifted to the top stic

40、k of the main mold, firstly generally fasten the scissors pieces and generally adjust the screw, and make the center correct.(7)return the scissors shaft and loosen the scissors mold fixed screw, make the scissors mold close to the scissors pieces and fasten the screw.(8)adjust the square screw on t

41、he cover and make the distance between the scissors pieces and holes of the mold is 0.5mm.(9)adjust the clamper of blocking knife, and make the distance between the clamper and the scissor mold is about 0.5mm.(10)after assembly finished, test run, check whether the materials can output and cut norma

42、lly.fig.1b.assembly of the first punching mold (fig.2)(1)clean the punching assembly hole of the punching mold mount.(2)assemble the first punching mode, ejection pin of punching mold, spring, pad and washer such as fig.2 and insert the installation holes with hands or sudden moving, rotate the fly

43、wheel to make the punching mold go ahead, and put the pad for blocking between the punching mold and bed mold, and close to the underside of the support bracket, this installation method is more convenient.(3)fix and lock the tension screw of the first punching mold.fig.2note: the punching mold fixe

44、d screw should be tightened; otherwise there will be dangerous during running.c.the installation of the second punching mold is the same with the assembly method of the first punching mold. please see fig.2(3)adjustment of heading machine (fig.3)1. the adjustment of the length of materials cutting(1

45、) the length of materials is the length of length of rod and head length without deformation.(2) rotate the adjustable screw in the fig.3, and adjust the materials blocking plate to the length needed, and tighten the fixed screw.fig.3notes:a) measure the length of materials after cutting, and must b

46、e the definite length.b) make sure whether the notch is good or not by sights.c) when the contact faces of the materials screw is not good, otherwise there also is bad phenomenon happened on the notch. 2. the adjustment for the length of materials transportation (fig.4)1) the length of materials tra

47、nsportation is changing the rotation angle of materials sending wheel, so as to easily adjust.2) see the fig.4, there are 2 places need to adjust, if the adjustable length is not big, should adjust according to the screw a. if the length is not enough, and change the pulling materials shaft to the n

48、ext hole.3) the transportation length is a little longer than the cutting length, if the materials meet the materials blocking screw, the sending materials wheel can be run without parts (it is better for 2 mm).4) the adjustment of the sending materials period should loosen the fixed screw and rotat

49、e the position of pulling materials disk (forward and backward), and check the scissors and the first punches fit for appropriate period, and tighten the adjustable screw.fig 43. the adjustment for the timer of scissors (fig.5)1) adjustment of appropriate time is when clamping the cut materials; pul

50、l in the hole of the main mold with the first punch. at the same time, dont make the first punching movement contact, and can withdraw the scissors.2) the stopping period of scissors should adjust the long crew cap, wherein the loosening stop time is short, and stop time is short for shorting.3) the

51、 movement time of scissors is early or late, should need rotate the flower disk, the clockwise means advance, and the counter clockwise means delay.fig. 54. the adjustment for the length under the head and knocking amount (discharge amount ) (fig.7)1) adjust the ejection pin of the main mold to the

52、length of the products rod needed, when adjust, loosen the knocking screw cap, and adjust the knocking screw, the length of clockwise rod is short, and the length of counter clockwise rod is long. see the fig.6.2) the time of peaking out need cooperate with the time of the second punch withdrawing a

53、nd the time of scissors sending materials. the adjustment of time is changing the position of cam. the time of clockwise adjustment is postponed, and the time of counter clockwise adjustment is advance.3) the peaking distance refers to adjust the screw, when adjust, need loose the screw cap.(notes:

54、the length of the main mold stick need longer 0.2mm-0.3mm than the length of the main mold, cant be shorter than the length of the main mold in the position of adjustment, when it is higher than the highest point, only need adjust the main mold stick and the main mold face and dont protrude.fig.6 fi
