A ratio of two dollars of currentassets to one dollar of current liabilities is the rule-of-thumb ratiogenerally considered satis

43、factory, assuming all current assets areconservatively valued and all current liabilities revealed.The rule-of-thumb current ratio is not a satisfactory test ofworking-capital position and trend. A current ratio of less than two dollarsfor one dollar may be adequate, or a current ratio of more than
