8、n body based on the jas law. 会员应当遵守 jas 规定，同时也应遵守认证机构根据 jas制定的管理规定。2.2 associate shall provide unlimited access to the operation and maintain organic certification documents and records, including a copy of this agreement, for at least three (3) years so that they can be examined and/or sampled duri

9、ng annual, unannounced, and/or verification inspections by authorized ocia representatives, public officials, or ocia inspectors. 会员不得限制进入其经营场所，同时有机认证管理文档(包括本协议)至少应保留三年，以便接受 ocia 授权代表、管理官员或 ocia 检查员在进行年度例行、未通知和/或验证检查和/或抽样。2.3 after certification, the associate shall correctly use/display the jas sea

10、l and appropriately state that s/he is a certified production process manager.有机认证后，会员应当恰当使用/粘贴标签，并正确标识其为获得有机认证的生产过程管理者。2.4 whenever a certified associate/certified operation divides their certified operation into separate entities, or acquires/inherits another distinct operation, the certification

11、shall terminate and re-certification to jas will be required. 一旦获得认证的会员/经营场所分为不同的独立单元，或获得/继承其它不同生产单元，本认证立即终止，并须重新申请 jas 认证。2.5 must submit valid copies of labels that are used or intended to be used on jas certified products from the operation and resubmit labels every time the operations modifies t

14、uired by jas standards and jas law.会员应当遵守 jas 标准法律中关于 jas 标签管理的规定。3.3associate shall comply with any mandate concerning jas labeling that is ordered by the minister of agriculture, forestry and fisheries (below, maff); associate shall submit any requested information and shall ensure all information

15、 is truthful when a report is requested by maff or center for food quality, labeling and consumer services (below, cfqlcs); and the associate shall not deny, disturb nor evade an on-site inspection by maff or cfqcls.会员应当遵守 maff 颁布的所有关于标签管理的强制性规定；会员应当根据 maff 或食品质量中心的要求提供所有信息材料，并保证信息材料的真实性；而且会员不得拒绝、阻碍

16、或逃避由 maff 或 cfqcls 指定的现场检查。3.4associate shall give advance notice to the certification body whenever a change to an item stated in the application and its attached documentation is made, or when the associate will discontinue the jas grading procedures as currently written. 一旦申请材料(含附件材料)中所描述项目有所变化，或

17、书面终止达规判定规程，会员应事先通知认证机构。3.5associate shall not provide misleading information according to the certification system of the certification body, use of license and jas seal in advertisements and catalogs. 根据认证机构的认证管理程序，会员不得提供有误导性的信息材料，禁止在广告和宣传册中使用 jas 证书和 jas 标记，不得超范围使用 jas 标志。3.6associate shall not ma

18、ke incorrect references to the jas certification system in advertisements and catalogs.会员不得在广告和宣传册中作有关 jas 认证体系的虚假暗示。3.7associate shall ask retailers and sellers of their product(s) to abide by above articles (3.5) and (3.6). 会员应当要求其有机产品的零售商和贸易人员遵守条款 3.5 和 3.6。3.8associate shall discontinue or revis

19、e advertisements when the certification body requests doing so after finding them in violation of articles (3.5), (3.6) and (3.7). 认证机构在发现有违反 3.5，3.6 和 3.7 规定时，会员应当根据认证机构要求终止或修订其有误的广告宣传。3.9when associate provides information using the jas seal and/or certificate, or other documents relating to their

20、 certification, associate shall not provide misleading information concerning the certification procedure and the certified products. 会员在提供jas 认证标签和/或证书时，或其它与认证有关的材料时，不得提供有对认证程序和认证产品有误导性的信息材料。3.10 associate shall cooperate with the certification body in regards to the on-site inspection and any acti

21、vity by the certification body. 会员应当配合认证机构进行的现场检查和相关活动。3.11 associate shall submit the annual grading report that shows the amount of jas organic products sold within the previous year (from april 1st to following march 31st) to the certification body no later than the end of june. 会员应当向认证机构提供年度（当年

22、4月 1 日至次年 3 月 31 日）达规判定记录，以表明其上年度有机 jas 产品的销售量。3.12 the certification body can request information on the associates procedures, and can have access to anywhere in the fields, facilities and office in order to inspect fields, products, labeling, materials, books, records, advertisements, and other t

23、hings relating to certification. 认证机构可以要求会员提供所有认证程序文件，可以进入会员所有地块、设施和办公场所以便进行地块、产品、标签、资材、工作簿、记录、广告宣传册及其它认证相关检查。3.13 the certification body can suspend certification whenever the associate violates any one of articles (3.1) to (3.10); the associate does not provide the report or provides a false repor

24、t as cited in article (3.11); the associate denies, disrupts or evades an on-site inspection as cited in article (3.12); and/or the associate does not pay the necessary fees within one month from 3rd request for payment (starting 56 days from first request: request every 28 days). in the case of sus

25、pension, associate shall immediately discontinue the grading procedure and shall not ship any products using the jas seal. 以下情况，认证机构有权吊销会员单位的有机认证资质：会员违反 3.1 至 3.10 任何一款；根据 3.11 条款，会员不提供报告或提供虚假报告；根据 3.12 条款，会员拒绝、阻碍或逃避现场检查；和/或会员在收到第三次付款通知后的一月内(从 56 天前的第一次通知开始,每 28 天通知一次)，拒绝支付相关费用。3.14 the certificatio

26、n body can revoke certification whenever an associate disobeys the request cited in article (3.13) within 14 days, or when the certification body determines that the associate is not able to adequately carry out the indicated procedures/processes. 一旦发现会员违反本协议 3.13 条的要求，或认证机构认定会员单位无法有效实施所列出的生产流程/工艺，认

27、证机构可以在 14 天内撤消会员单位的有机认证资质。3.15 associate shall immediately return the jas certificate when the certification body suspends or revokes the associates certification, or the associate surrenders their certification. 会员单位放弃有机认证资质，或被吊销或取消有机认证资质，应立即归还其有机认证证书。3.16 associate shall keep a record of all compl

28、aints concerning jas products, take appropriate action with respect to such complaints, and make these records available to the certification body when requested. 会员单位应当保留所有 jas 有机产品的抱怨记录，并针对这些抱怨采取相应措施。在认证机构要求时，应提供这些抱怨和处理记录。4.the requirements in relation to the ministerial ordinance no.62 article 46
