7、,现取d1=112mm =2.7 112=302.4 mm 取d2=315mm(2)、验算带速v 8.44m/s在5m/s-25m/s的范围内,符合。(3)、确定V带的中心距a和基准长度 0.7 初选中心距: =500mm 取计算实际中心距=+( -)/2640.5mm(4).验算小带轮包角 180-180-60 159120 包角合适(5).求V带根数单根V带所能传达的功率 由=1440r/min 和=112mm 实际传动比i=2.81查表5.7a得=1.60kw 查表5.7b得=0.17kw查表5.8得包角修正系数=0.946查表13-2得带长修正系数=1.01Z= =3.39 故取4根.
8、(6)计算带传动的压轴力 查表5.1得q=0.1kg/m = =166.61N=2Zsin=1310.56N(7). 带的设计 小带轮:小带轮为实心式,中心 孔的直径d=42mm为电动机的轴径,轮毂长度l=50. 大带轮:大带轮为腹板式,中心孔d=55mm,轮毂长度l=60mm四、齿轮传动设计计算 (采用斜齿)第一组齿轮减速器高速级齿轮传动比为,高速轴转速,传动功率为1、选定齿轮类型、精度等级、材料及齿数1)大小齿轮都选用硬齿面。由表7.1选大小齿轮的材料均为45钢,表面淬火,齿面硬度4050HRC2)选八级精度等级3)选小齿轮=25。选大齿轮齿数取=944)粗选螺旋角=152、按齿面接触疲劳

18、对轴承进行受力分析计算 1)径向力轴向力计算当量动载荷:由机械设计教程表10.8查得径向载荷系数和轴向载荷系数:对于轴承1:对于轴承2:计算轴承的寿命: 两年换检修一次轴承。d2=315mmV=8.44m/s=640mm=1800mm159V带根数为4F0=192.62N=1899.78N七、联轴器的选择计算1、低速轴与工作机鼓轮轴用联轴器连接,由于弹性柱销联轴器结构简单,更换柱销方便,缓和冲击,吸收振动,故选用弹性柱销联轴器。2、求计算转矩 轴III转矩为 由机械设计教程表13-2查得工作机为输送机时,工作情况系数,故计算转矩为3、确定型号 由机械基础设计课程设计 查得符合轴直径为60mm的
19、联轴器选取型号为HL5弹性柱销联轴器,其公称转矩,轴材料为钢时,许用转速为4000r/min,允许的轴孔直径在之间,故能满足工作机与减速器联接工作需要,从而确定联轴器型号为HL4联轴器 GB5014-85八、铸件减速器机体结构尺寸计算表及附件的选择1、铸件减速器机体结构尺寸计算表名称符号减速器及其形式关系机座壁厚0.025a+3mm=6.75mm,取10mm机盖壁厚10.02a+3=6 mm8mm,取10mm机座凸缘厚度b1.5=12mm机盖凸缘厚度b11.5=15mm机座底凸缘厚度p2.5=25mm地脚螺钉直径df0.036a+12=17.4mm取20mm地脚螺钉数目na250mm,n=4轴

21、.5mm2、减速器附件的选择,在草图设计中选择包括:轴承盖,窥视孔,视孔盖,压配式圆形油标,通气孔,吊耳,吊钩,螺塞,封油垫,毡圈等。九、润滑与密封(润滑与密封方式的选择、润滑剂的选择)双级减速器内传动零件(齿轮)采用浸油润滑,因地级速齿轮速度为0.7m/s,采用的浸油深度应为轮齿半径。由于低级速v2m/s,故减速器滚动轴承采用脂润滑。十 小结 这次的课程设计,我有了很大的收获,通过系统地运用学过的相关知识来解决问题,不管是在结构设计中对零件的强度进行校核,还是在用CAD绘图的过程中,我发现都有很多要注意的细节。从按照双级减速箱的传递效率、传递功率等工作要求到对各个零件进行机构设计,会涉及多方
22、面的事情,既要考虑制造成本,又要考虑工艺的合理性,在计算的过程中也比较容易出错。很多数据要通过设计手册和课本查取,虽然在做这个课程设计的过程中会遇到很多的困难,但一步一脚印,不懂得地方经过请教老师或者和同学讨论之后,还是可以弄明白的。完成这次的课程设计,我发现设计一个零部件真不是一件容易的事情,零件的工作条件,工作要求和使用寿命都要考虑,当然,箱体的设计也是很有讲究的,通过参考前人的经验,能够更好的设计出好的箱体。因为零件图和装配图都是用CAD来作图的,便很好地复习了一遍CAD的使用操作功能。 g an employment tribunal claimEmployment tribunals
