Not only can it control precisely the fuel injection timing andquantity, but also can independently control the fuel injection pressure andmulti-injection. This article has taken an intensive study on the com

9、bustionsystem of diesel engine based on such system, at the same time a largenumber of control parameters are optimizing calibration and matching, thenthe engine emissions can be reduced basically to meet the national emissionstandard.The article firstly makes a rounded analysis on the current diese

10、l enginetechnical routes of energy-saving and emission reduction both at home andabroad, a comprehensive study taking into consideration both the costs andthe technical level of diesel engine system, combined with its owncharacteristics to choose the right technology roadmap to achievefundamentally

She analyzed the main factors such as injection timing,common rail pressure, pre-jet amount of fuel, and pre-jet interval angle, anddesigned a scientific and reasonable combination of test method, as well asfound the influence

17、s the smoke and the NOX emissions under steady-state and transient conditions of diesel engine.Bed test showed that the diesel engine with commensurate developmentof injection system and optimized calibration of control MAP had beenimproved remarkably in the whole emission control region and increas

18、edsignificantly in emission performance. At the same time it had a good effecton improving the low-speed characteristics of engine and the drive ability,fulfilled the market requirements. The electric-controlled high-pressurecommon-rail diesel engine studied in this article possesses a good successi
