4、choose some simple gameschoose some games which are easy to manage with large classeschoose some games which do not require lots of recourses8there are many language activities and games that are very interesting, such as running dictation, bingo game, listen and point, pic-a-boo, back to the board
5、and describe and draw and so on.take “pic-a-boo” for example :in this game the teacher covers a picture, for example a flash card of an apple, with a piece of paper and then shows it bit by bit. students try to guess what the picture is with the visual clue they get.9there are several points that sh
6、ould be focus on:first of all, always be aware that classroom games are not simply for playing, there should be a language practice element and purpose within them and make sure this is considered in your design of the games.secondly, error correction may take place during the linguistic games, make
7、 sure that you do not interrupt the activity and take a note of the errors and work on them afterwards.10thirdly, since we use games for language teaching and learning, it is important to get children linguistically prepared for games you are going to use.fourthly, a successful conduct of a game relies also on clear instruction and demonstration.last but not least, during the implementation of a game the teacher should be fully aware of language problems occurring in the game.11using games in the language classroom wi
