AFT资金安全担保协议

1、客户资金安全担保协议fund safety agreementparty a（甲方）: australia aft finance market ptyparty b（乙方）：party c（丙方）：西安炳隆商务咨询服务有限公司作为甲方授权的外汇咨询合作及代理商，丙方愿意就乙方在甲方平台进行外汇交易，并开设真实外汇账户，为乙方开户及存取款过程提供资金安全担保，本协议经乙、丙双方协商一致，达成如下协议：as a authorized first premier brokerage firm of party a in asia, with respect to party btransactio

2、n onparty a' platform and establishment of real forex account. party c is willing to provide fund safety guaranteeagainst party b 'fund. party b and party c agree as follows:' forex第一条：丙方在本协议中，为乙方资金安全提供担保，以期做到：乙方投资资金在甲方开设外汇交易账户，并开设专用外汇账号，提供专用密码。如开户程序不能完成，甲方必须返还乙方已为其汇岀的全部资金。party c will p

6、the n ext bus in ess day）as upon receipt of pers onal in formation, id certificate（copy） provided by party b.第四条：甲方在协议规定的时间内未为乙方开立外汇账户，甲方必须把乙方已汇岀的全部款项退还给乙方；如乙方要求提款后，未能顺利从甲方取回账户款项，则由丙方在第二十个工作日承担先行还款义务。同时，丙方有权向甲方追讨该款项并保留相应的权利。in case of failure to establish forex account for party b with the stipulate

8、nt and reserve the releva nt rights.第五条：本协议不为第三方开户或汇款者的资金进行安全担保。如有发现非乙方本人开户汇款或提款，将视为乙方违约，丙方将不提供资金担保或承担相应责任。this agreement shall not be effective if the account is not opened by party b himself/herself, and the fundis not wired, deposited and withdrew by party b himself/herself. mean while, party b i

9、s en titled to cause default of the agreement, and therefore party c shall not provide any warranty on fund safety issues and be responsible on relevant fund issues.第六条：本协议生效后，甲或乙方需要变更主协议的有关条款，应征得丙方同意，由乙、丙双方重新达成书面协议。with party c 's consent, party a or party b may amend the relevant terms in the

10、master agreement since this agreement comes into force. party b and party c may enter into a written agreement for such amendment.第七条：本协议有效期内，乙、丙任一方不得擅自变更或解除本协议，需变更协议时，应该双方协商同意，达成书面协议。during the term of this agreement, neither party of party b or party c may arbitrarily change or cancel this agreeme

11、nt. any amendment to this agreement shall be made in written through mutual negotiation.第八条：丙方对外汇账户开设、转款、出入金等资金往来承担担保义务。期间乙方若违约，丙方也将不承担资金担保义务。party c will complete the relevent obligations in account opening, fund transfering and remitting, in caseofparty b 's breach during the term, party c will not assume any fund safety obligation for both party's fund.第九条：乙、丙双方签字之日生效。本协议至乙方销户前有效。this
