30、装备于加工制造业,应用非常广泛。近年来,随着装备制造业技术水平的大幅度提高,工件的加工尺寸精度和质量要求也日趋提高,传统的加工工艺已经不能适应市场经济条件下的高效率、高质量、多变化的加工要求,数控化加工势在必行。然而,投资购买全新的大型数控落地镗铣床不仅投资大而且制造周期长;同时,淘汰现有的大型落地镗铣床不但浪费巨大,而且以现在的技术水平完全可以使老设备焕发青春和活力。1、 数控改造的基本原则对机床的机械部分,数控机床和普通机床基本一致的大型基础性零部件尽量最大可能予以保留和利用。利用现代化的交流数字主轴驱动技术和计算机数控技术对机床的主传动部分,进给传动部分,按照全新的数控机床的标准,进行全
31、面彻底的升级改造。选择世界领先的数控系统和交流伺服电动机,重新设计制造机床电控系统;立柱横向移动机构更换为可调预紧力的双小斜齿轮进给箱和高精度斜齿条传动机构;主轴箱升降机构换装滚珠丝杠。将原直流主轴电动机驱动系统改为西门子交流数字主轴驱动系统,各进给运动轴加装光栅尺和旋转位置编码器。从而实现机床的数控化、全闭环控制。并具有自动和手动两种工作方式,使其达到目前同类机床的先进水平。2、 大型落地镗铣床的数控化设计及改造项目磨削加工立柱横向移动用床身(长度12m)、前立柱各导轨面,加工修复立柱滑板;床身镶装高精度斜齿条。主轴箱按交流数字主轴驱动系统要求,设计改造主轴变速机构。立柱横向移动机构更换为可
32、调预紧力的双小斜齿轮进给箱和高精度斜齿条传动机构,用交流伺服电动机驱动。立柱横向运动床身上加装德国“HEIDEN-HAIN”光栅尺,实现立柱横向进给运动的全闭环控制。主轴箱垂直运动机构采用交流伺服电动机驱动,经机械减速装置和换装的滚珠丝杠螺母副,带动主轴箱沿前立柱导轨完成垂直运动。前立柱垂直运动方 向上加装光栅尺,实现主轴箱垂直进给运动的全闭环控制。镗杆轴纵向移动机构采用交流伺服电动机驱动,经机械减速装置和换装的滚珠丝杠螺母副,带动镗杆轴完成纵向移动。在镗杆轴直线运动方向上加装光栅尺,实现镗杆轴纵向移动的全闭环控制。滑枕纵向移动机构采用交流伺服电动机驱动,经机械减速装置和换装的滚珠丝杠螺母副,带动滑枕完成纵向移动。同时,在滑枕纵向直线运动方向上加装光栅尺,实现滑枕纵向移动的全闭环控制。工作台旋转采用交流伺服电动机驱动,在旋转工作台主轴末端加装旋转位置编码器,实现高精度分度定位的全闭环控制。工作台纵向移动采用交流伺服 电动机驱动,U轴更换滚珠丝杠两端支撑轴承,加装光栅尺,实现U轴的全数控化、全闭环控制。各运动导轨副的润滑采用自动集中润滑站,实现定时、定量、定点自动润滑。按数控机床标准更换各直线进给轴拖链并加装导轨防护罩及限位保护开关。选用西门子840D 数控系
