1、青年教师怎样当好一名合格的班主任对于刚踏入教育行业的青年教师从事班主任工作，跟老教师相比我们没有班级管理经验，跟其它学科教师相比，我们没有成熟的教学技能，没有完善的教学理念，但跟他们相比我们有的是青春的激情，我们年轻，有更充沛的精力来学习，不断完善自己，能更好的与学生沟通，了解学生的情况。他们有自己成熟的一套班级管理和教育教学理论，但我们可以吸取他们的经验，进行提升，升华，构建自己的一套独特有效的理论。这就需要我们不断学习，要成为优秀的青年班主任，最首要的是要成为一名优秀的教师，其次是深入了解班主任的工作。班级是学校教育的细胞，是学校教育工作的基本组织形式，是学校教育、教学的基层单位。班主任是

4、这就要做到对班级情况认真分析，应该细致到每个学生的分析，然后确定整体目标，并制定完善的计划，如何一步步实现这个班级目标。其次是班干部的选拔和培养，这个需要对学生充分的了解，探索适应本班实际的班级管理体制，充分发挥班委会、团支部、课代表的先锋模范带头作用。积极开展各种类型的班级活动。建立班级档案，制定班级常规和班级管理制度，与家长建立经常性的联系，积极写评语，班主任总结做好期末三好、优干等各类优秀学生评选总之要做好班主任工作，必须不断学习，不断反思，坚持不懈，每一件事都要做到细致入微，从班级的每件小事着手，不断提升自己。新时代的班主任教师，要想在专业化成长的路上走得越来越远，自己首先要不断学习，
