14、ontract.2.5 答应方有责任接收、支配承受方赴答应方培训的技术人员，答应方应设法使其把握上述合同产品专利技术。详见本合同附件三2.5 licensor shall be responsible for the training of licensee technical personnel inlicensor relevant facilities and also do its best to enable licensee technical personnel to master the patented technology of the aforesaid contract
