1、1253C泵控说明书Content目录 1. Scope应用场合This specification specifies the Curtis 1253C motor speed controllers which are designed for series pump motors. Its typical applications include the hydraulic systems of material handling vehicles and other industrial vehicles.SHINGKO 1253C 电机速度控制器是为串励泵控电机而设计的。广泛应用于液

2、压系统的重型托盘车和其它工业车辆。2. Description 概述1253C offers smooth, silent, cost effective motor speed and torque control according to the signals of lifting, tilt, power steering, sideward move (forward move). They will prolong the life of the motors, contactors, batteries and reduce maintenances of the systems

3、 as it greatly reduces high current impact. The output PWM can be programmed with speed select inputs SS1-SS4 and analog throttle input. So the 1253C controllers can ensure not only the lifting speed control but also the system stability and safety. These controllers are fully programmable by means

4、of the 1311 programmer, with diagnostic and test capability. System status can also be indicated via an external LED.The 1253C controllers have completely protection functions such as current limit, reverse polarity protection, startup lockout, over voltage protection, low voltage protection, and so

5、 on. They can provide lift lockout function with Curtis meters (such as 906, 803, ENGAGE ) when battery is deep discharger. CAN communication feature is added to the 1253C, so it can work with other CAN devices such as CAN tiller head which will greatly simplify the wiring.1253C 根据上升、下降、转向、前进信号提供了平稳

Programmer Diagnostics编程器诊断The 1311 programmer presents complete diagnostic information in plain language. Faults are displayed in the Faults menu and the status of the controllers

15、inputs/outputs is displayed in the Monitor menu.Accessing the Faults History Menu provides a list of the faults that have occurred since the diagnostic history was last cleared. Checking (and clearing) the diagnostic history is recommended each time the vehicle is brought for maintenance.1311编程器以明了的

It displays fault codes when there is a problem with the controller or with the inputs to the controller. During normal

17、 operation, with no faults present, the Status LED flashes steadily on and off. The period for On is about 0.13s and the period for Off is about 4.54s. If the controller detects a fault, a 2 digit fault identification code is flashed continuously until the fault is corrected. The fault code flashing

24、 the fault, the response can range from reduction of the current limit to complete shutdown the power drive section of the controller. According to the different conditions, the faults can be self cleared or by cycling the KSI.For suggestions about possible causes and solutions of the various faults
