7、ing and test :1.油缸系单作用液压缸,安装及工作过程中油缸轴线与水平面夹角 不得小于60° ,以保证可靠回缩。on fitting and operation of single action cylinder series radius of cylinder and horizon should be 60° or above , ensure a reliable retraction .3. 油缸系精密加工件，安装时必须注意保护，严禁任何磕碰和承 受侧面压力。in case of being premise component, cylinder sh

10、maintenance油缸不动作no actionof cylinder1.油缸有无液压油进入。whether hydraulic oil enter the cylinder or not.1.若无液压油进入，则检查主 机液压系统是否存在故障。if no oil enter , inspect hydraulic system of main machine .2.若有液压汕进入，则检杏缸 筒及活塞杆是够产生变形。if oil enter jnspcct tube and bend or flat.2.活塞杆、缸筒有无变弯、变扁等现象。 whether rod and tube become

11、s bend and flat or not.1.若冇影响油缸运行的变形存 在，则更换新件。if distortion exist, replace a new part 2.若无影响汕缸运行的变形存 在，则检查油缸是否冇严重漏油 想象存在。if no distortion , inspect cylinder whether oil lesk or not 漏油oil leakage缸筒cylinder tube1.线状轻度拉伤strialition mild scratch用极细砂纸或油石修整后继续使 用。repair with extremely thin sand paper or o

12、ilstone2.拉痕深度大于0.2mm,宽度大 于0.3mm的严重拉伤。serious scrach in which depth of scratch trace is 0.2mm or above、 width is 0.3mm or above 更换缸筒replace the cylinder tube密封seal1.密封圈唇边发主拉伤、开裂或 密封老化失去弹性。y x seal coil lip scratch , split or lose elasticty of aging 更换新件replace the cylinder tube2.0型圈发生拉伤，开裂或老化 失去弹性。o-
