雷贝拉唑四联治疗幽门螺杆菌感染临床观察

1、雷贝拉坐四联治疗幽门螺杆菌感染临床观摘要目的了解以雷贝拉口坐为中心四联疗法治疗幽门 螺杆菌感染的临床效果。方法 将2009年3月2010年11月两家医院诊断为hp感染的患儿随机分为治疗组、对照组, 两组年龄、性别、胃溃疡发生率、胃炎发生率比较，p>0. 05,差异无统计学意义。在相同基础治疗(阿莫西林+甲硝哩+蒙 脱石散+饮食指导)的基础上，治疗组给予雷贝拉哇0. 60. 8 mg/ (kg d),对照组加用西咪替丁 20 mg/ (kg d), bid, 疗程2周。对两组治疗后腹痛、上腹饱胀、食欲不振等症状 缓解时间、hp清除率、临床好转率进行比较。结果症状缓 解时间治疗组短于对照组，

7、e therapy for hp infection, it has the effect to fast, symptoms quickly, it can better clear hp, it is worth the clinical widely applied to the methodkey words rabeprazole； helicobacter pylori；gastric ulcer； gastritis； treatment幽门螺杆菌(helicobacter pylori, hp)感染是儿童 急慢性胃炎、胃溃疡的重要原因，近年来日益受到临床医生 的关注。笔者针对两家医院幽门螺杆菌感染的患儿进行两种 不同治疗方法的比较和研究，现报道如下：1资料与方法1.1 一般资料2009年3月2010年11月攀钢总医院及攀枝花市第二人民医院的门诊及住院患儿中，腹痛、腹泻、食欲不振、恶 心、上腹饱胀、消化不良等症状者，其中符合诊断标准共62 例，其中，男30例，女32例，年龄(85±2.9)岁，体重(25. 5±7.4) kg。将其随机分为治疗组和对照组，
