、omputer science and the software engineering these two studies are similar to each other. but in fact, they have many differences we can see this fact apparently from several aspects, as what we will discuss in the following:1、final destination:(a)、software engineering: software engineering "s

、final destination is constructing the soft wares which users really need under the main restrictions of time, resource and personnel. it pays more attention on the planning process of constructing, the analyzing of the needs of users, but not on the researching process(b)、computer science: computer

、science 4s final destination is to explore the correct calculation methods and also modeling methods, in order to improve the calculation theories and methods itself. ifs a circulating process which is of high efficiency from its destination we can see the content and the main way.2、products:(a) >

、; software engineering: soft wares eg office bag and compiler. there are many kinds of software products, mainly divided into computer system software, application software, practical application mobile phone software these several different parts(b) 、computer science: problems about different sorts

、 of algorithm to solve the specific problems much easier(e.g hilfs sorting ranking) and some abstract problem (e.g problem about philosophers9 having meals, a very interesting problem). so as we can see in the present society, these products are related to calculation itself to a great degree.3、spee

、d and timetable:(a) 、software engineering: like a plan has its own time planning, all software projects also have specific progress and timetable to guarantee that the process can be on smoothly and quickly.in this standard way, the process of software engineering can be norm and of high efficiency.

、(b) 、computer science: researching projects often doitt have a progress set before the beginning or the limit of timetable it is a vary flexible and free study.so we can see many scientists and mathematicians exploring something they enjoy from the bottom of their hearts for the lifetime.4、focus:(a)

、> software engineering: this study pay more attention on how to realize the value for users it cares the users9 benefit most and first.(b)、computer science: the software theory in the computer science focus on the running principles of the software itself. for instance, the complexity of the time

、, complexity of the space and the correctness of the algorithm computer science is very strict about the root theories, ifs very strictly required5、degree of the change along the development:(a)、software engineering: as the continuous change of the technology and the demand of software users, people
