Activity 1: What do you see? 1. Divide the class into small groups and give each group a piece of paper. 2. Have the groups look at
5、the illustration and write down as many words and expressions as they can find in three minutes. T asks individual Ss to answer.3. Ask each group to count the number of words and expressions they wrote. 4. Have Ss from each group take turns reading out the words and expressions from their lists. T w
6、rites them down on the board. 三. Activity 2: Comprehension questions. 1. Have Ss look at the illustration carefully. 2. T holds up the illustration and points to various parts of the illustration to ask questions using the question patterns from levels 1-3. T asks individual Ss to answer. 四. Activit
7、y 3: Can you find it? 1. Bring in the Picture Cards from Level 3 or make your own word cards of the key vocabulary. 2. Pick one card and show the word to Ss. T says “Can you find it?” 3. Ss look at the illustration to find the corresponding pictures. Have Ss point to it and ask individual Ss to make
8、 up sentences using the words. 五. Activity 4: Who is it? 1. Choose one of the characters in the illustration, but do not tell Ss the name of the character you have chosen. 2. T describes the character in the illustration and Ss look for the corresponding picture. 3. When Ss are familiar with the pro
9、cedure, T ask individual Ss to describe the characters instead. 六. Homework. 1. Do these activities outside class. 2. Preview the new words of Unit One.Unit One Hi,Tony! Hi, Jenny! Play the tape and point to each part of the body as it is sung.2.Show the shoulders card and point to my shoulders, then repeat, “shoulders,s

Have Ss point to their shoulders and repeat this word.3.Teach the rest new words ( teeth, knees, fingers, toes ) in the same way.4.Do the action for practice the new word.5.Listen to the tape again and learn the song .6.Read picture 1 and 2 of Review for themselve

Have Ss wave their hands and repeat this word. 2.Use the sentence: “What are you doing now?”for practicing the new word. 3. Teach the rest new words ( put,
16、move ) in the same way. 4. Play the tape and have Ss repeat Conversation. After that, hold up Picture Cards in random order and have Ss say the words. 5. Play the tape and point to each picture for Ss to follow. 6. Play the tape again, pausing after each sentence to let Ss repeat. 7. Divide Ss into
17、three groups and give them the roles of Gogo, Tony and Jenny. 8. Read each line, pausing for each group to repeat its part. 9. Encourage groups to add voice expression and actions when they repeat the dialog.10. Put Ss into groups of three and have them perform the dialog. After that, ask volunteers
