7、ols shall accord to the current nationalsituation. because the current education condition and the amountof students, it is impossible to ask every school to be the inclusiveschool. every province or city should establish some schools assamples for the future purpose. in 2007, some schools started t

10、dents and schools aresmall proportion among all the students and schools. in china, theemphasize of the idea of inclusion education can be seen from theordinary schools that accept different students from various familybackgrounds with different learning abilities. there are nearly 20millions migrant students staying in thecity with their parents and the drop-out rate reaches9.3% which indicates that more than 1 million children cannot go toschools (luo 2005). this issue has beenrealized by the state governm
