3、1.1. 锅炉补给水系统概述锅炉补给水系统概述SUMMARIZESUMMARIZE OFOF BOILERBOILER MAKE-UPMAKE-UP WATERWATER SYSTEMSYSTEM在发电厂的蒸汽动力设备中,水是传递能量的物质。在锅炉中,水被加热成蒸汽,经汽轮机作功后,冷凝成水后又返回锅炉。在这一循环过程中,有相当数量水损失掉,需要随时向锅炉补充合格水,以保持水汽系统的平衡,这种补充水叫锅炉补给水。本项目设计锅炉补给水系统,其流程为:原水原水海水淡化系统海水淡化系统除盐系统除盐系统除盐水箱除盐水箱其中除盐部分为本公司供货范围,本公司提供一套完整的锅炉补给水处理系统,以满足电厂锅炉
4、补给水水质及水量的要求,内容包括:离子交换除盐系统、酸碱储存、计量加药系统、水泵、水箱和其它辅助系统设备。系统包括设备、阀门、管道、附件及各单元控制设备、就地仪表及附件等。锅炉补给水处理系统的设备状态和主要工艺参数送至化学水处理站控制室的操作员站,操作员站还将完成设备的联锁保护、报警及设备的远方/就地切换等。The steam power equipment in power plant, water is the media to transfer energy. In the boiler, the water is heating into steam, after doing work
5、 by steam turbine, condenses water & returns to boiler. In this cycle, there are quite a bit of water lost, so need to supplement qualified water boiler at any time, to keep the balance of water vapor system, this supplement water is called boiler make-up water. This project design boiler make-u

10、E3) 二氧化硅: 10g/L SILICON DIOXIDE2.22.2 设计说明设计说明 DESIGNDESIGN INSTRUCTIONINSTRUCTION 本除盐系统采用离子交换技术。该技术使交换剂和水溶液中可交换离子之间发生等物质量规则的可逆性交换,改善水质,而离子交换剂的结构并不发生本质性变化的水处理方式。The demineralization system uses ion exchange technology. This technology allows exchange agent and aqueous solution to exchange ions occur
11、s between the same quantity of content such as reversible exchange rules,improves water quality, and ion exchange agent structure dosnt occur essential change in the water treatment.具体来说,水中各种无机盐类电离生成的阳、阴离子,经过氢型离子交换剂层时,水中的阳离子被氢离子所取代,经过氢氧型离子交换剂层时,水中的 1X670MW 项目锅炉补给水系统 3阴离子被氢氧根离子所取代,进入水中的氢离子与氢氧根离子生成水(H
12、2O) 。或者在经过混合离子交换层时,阳、阴离子几乎同时被氢离子和氢氧根离子所取代生成水分子,从而取得去除水中无机盐的效果。Specifically, kingds of inorganic salts in water ionize & generate cation and anion, when water crosses hydrogen type ion-exchange agent layer, the cation in water is replaced by hydrogen ions, when water crosses oxyhydrogen type ion-
13、exchange agent layer, the anion is reslaced by hydroxyl ions, hydrogen ions & hydroxyl ions in water produce water(H2O), or when water crosses mixed ion exchange layer, cation & anion almost simultaneously is replaced by hydrogen ions and hydroxyl ions to generate water molecules, to achieve

19、N INSTRUCTIONINSTRUCTION 本系统正常使用为全自动运行,亦可手动操作,现将设备正常使用过程中主要步骤予以说明:This system is automatic operation when normal use, and can also be manual operation, now explain the main steps in equipment normal use process: 3.1 阳离子交换器 Cation exchanger1)运行前设备内必须保持一定高度的水垫层、以防止进水冲击树脂表面的压实层,然后开启进水阀和排气阀,当排气阀溢水时即关闭排气
20、阀。打开正洗排水阀至正洗排水合格后,迅速关闭正洗排水阀,开出水阀投入运行至失效。关闭出水阀和进水阀,停止运行,准备再生。Before running, there must be kept a certain height of water 1X670MW 项目锅炉补给水系统 6cushion in equipment, to prevent water impact compaction of the resin surface layer, then open inlet valve and exhaust valve, close exhaust valce When the exhau

22、0m/h 流速洗至排水清晰后,关闭小反洗进水阀及排水阀。Small backwashing: befor every regeneration, only backwashing resin compaction layer is called small backwashing, remove filth of compaction layer, dredge team-record tubes mesh, loosening and smooth compaction layer. Open small backwashing inlet valve & backwashing o
23、utlet valve, wash at 10m/h flow rate until drainage clear, close small backwashing inlet valve &outlet valve.3)放水:在压缩空气顶压前,打开排气门和中排排水阀,将交换器内水放至中排后关闭排气阀。Drain: before compressed air goes into front press, open exhaust valve & middle drain valve, close exhaust valve when water drains to middle
24、 drain valve in the exchanger.4)再生:打开再生液进口阀,控制再生流速 35m/h 盐酸浓度为35, ,时间为 4060 分钟。Regeneration: open regeneration fluid inlet valve, control regeneration flow rate 3-5m/h, hydrochloric acid concentration is 3%-5%, time is 40-60 minutes.5)置换:关闭酸喷射器进酸阀,按再生流速继续用稀释再生剂的水进行 1X670MW 项目锅炉补给水系统 7反冲洗(一般时间为 3040
25、分钟)以置换再生废液,直至排水符合电导率小于 100us/cm。Replacement: close acid inlet valve of acid injector, backwashing with water dilutes regenerative agent at regeneration flow rate (normal time is 30-40 minutes) to repalce regeneration effluent, until drain water accords with conductivity less than 100us/cm.6)小正洗:为清洗压
26、实层中渗入的残留废液,缩短正洗时间和节省正洗水量,打开进水阀,控制流速 1015m/h,从中排装置进行排水,时间约 5 分钟。Small washing: clean residue wastewater infiltrated in compaction layer, reduce washing time & save washing water, open water inlet valve, cantrol flow rate 10-15m/h, drain water from middle drain apparatus, time is about 5 minutes.7
27、)正洗:小正洗结束后,关闭中排排水阀,打开正洗排水阀,按运行流速正洗至排水合格后,关闭正洗排水阀,打开出水阀投入运行。Washing: when small wahing finishes, closed middle drain valve, open washing outlet valve, washing at normal flow rate until drainage is qualified, close washing outlet valve, open outlet valve to put into operation.说明:逆流再生阳离子交换器的设计最高运行温度:60
28、;最高运行压力:0.80MPa;每台逆流再生阳离子交换器的设计正常出力为:120m3/h。Notice: counter-current regeneration cation exchangers designed the highest operating temperature: 60; the highest operating pressure:0.8Mpa; each exchanger designed normal output: 120m3/h.阴离子交换器Anion exchanger1)运行前设备内必须保持一定高度的水垫层,以防止进水冲击树脂表面的压实层,然后开启进水阀和

34、剂的水进行反冲洗(一般时间为 3040 分钟)以置换再生废液,直至排水符合电导率小于 100us/cm。 Replacement: close alkali inlet valve of alkali injector, backwashing with water dilutes regenerative agent at regeneration flow rate (normal time is 30-40 minutes) to repalce regeneration effluent, until drain water accords with conductivity less

37、逆流再生阴离子交换器的设计最高运行温度:60;最高运行压力:0.80MPa;每台逆流再生阴离子交换器的设计正常出力为:120m3/h 。Notice: counter-current regeneration anion exchangers designed the highest operating temperature: 60; the highest operating pressure:0.8Mpa; each exchanger designed normal output: 120m3/h.混合离子交换器Mixed ion exchanger 1X670MW 项目锅炉补给水系统
38、 101)制水:打开进水和排水阀,待排气阀溢水时关闭,开正洗排水阀,按1520m/h 流速至排水合格(电导率 0.2us/cm,SiO2 含量(15ug/l)关正排水阀,开出水阀,投入运行。Water making: open water inlet/outlet valve, close them when the exhaust valve water spill, open washing outlet valve, operate according with flow rate 15-20m/h until drainage is qualified (Conductivity 0.
39、2 us/cm, SiO2 content 15ug/l), close washing outlet valve, open water outlet valve, put into operation.2)反洗分层:打开反洗进水阀,反洗排水阀,大量(严格监视防止跑树脂)反洗至排水清晰透明时,逐渐关小反洗进水阀,小流量反洗至下窥视孔处见阳、阴树脂明显分界线后,关闭反洗进水阀和反洗排水阀。Backwashing & layered: open backwashing inlet valve & backwashing outlet valve, backwashing in a
40、bundance until drainage clear transparent, gradually close small backwashing inlet valve, small flow backwashing until cation & anion resin sharply demarcates at lower peephole, close backwashing inlet valve & backwashing outlet valve.3)放水:打开正洗排水阀和排气阀,将体内水放至中窥视孔树脂上部约10cm 处,关正洗排水阀和排气阀。Drain:
41、open washing outlet valve & exhaust valve, drain water to the site above middle peephole about 10cm, close washing outlet valve & exhaust valve.4)进碱:打开进碱阀和中间排水阀,按规定流速和碱液温度(4045)对上部阴树脂进行,再生时间约为 4560min,第一次树脂再生进碱时间尽量长些。Alkali inlet: open alkali inlet valve & middle drain valve, run to uppe
42、r anion resin according to the rule flow rate & alkaili temperature(4045), regeneration time is 45-60 1X670MW 项目锅炉补给水系统 11minutes, the time of first alkali added to resin is as long as possible.5)置换:进碱结束后,关碱液计量箱出口阀,继续以进碱流速进行置换,时间为 4560min。Replacement: after alkali is added completely, close outl
43、et valve of alkali metering tank, continue to replace according to alkali inlet flow rate, time is 45-60 minutes.6)正洗:打开进水阀至排碱 OH 碱度小于 0.5mmol/L 时,关闭正洗排水阀和进水阀Washing: open water inlet valve until OH alkalinity of alkaili drainage is small than 0.5mmol/L, close washing outlet valve & washing inle
44、t valve.7)进酸:与进碱同步进行,打开进酸阀和中间排水阀,按进碱流速对下部阳树脂进行再生,时间约为 4560min,第一次树脂再生进酸时间尽量长些。Acid inlet: process synchronously with alkali inlet, open acid inlet valve & middle drain valve, regenerate lower cation resin according to the alkali flow rate, time is 45-60 minutes, the time of first acid added to r
45、esin is as long as possible.8)置换:进酸结束后,关酸液计量箱出口阀,继续以进酸流速进行置换,时间为 4560min。 Replacement: after acid is added completely, close outlet valve of acid metering tank, continue to replace according to acid inlet flow rate, time is 45-60 minutes.9)正洗:打开进水阀至排水酸度小于 0.5mmol/L 时,关闭正洗排水阀和进水阀。 Washing: open water
46、 inlet valve until H acidity of acid drainage is small than 0.5mmol/L, close washing outlet valve & washing inlet valve. 1X670MW 项目锅炉补给水系统 1210)放水:开混合离子交换器正洗排水法和排气阀,放水至中窥视孔树脂层上部约 10cm 处,关正洗排水阀。Drain: Drain: open washing outlet valve & exhaust valve, drain water to the site above middle peeph
47、ole about 10cm, close washing outlet valve.11)混合:打开压缩空气进口阀,通入净化后的压缩空气(一般压缩空气压力为 0.10.15MPa)进行树脂混合。 Mixed: open compressed air inlet valve, access to purificatory compressed air(general compressed air pressure 0.1-0.15 Mpa) to make resin mix.13)正洗:待树脂充分混合后,关压缩空气进口阀,立即打开排水阀放水,防止树脂重新分层,同时打开进水阀,待排气阀溢出时,
48、关闭排气阀进行大流量正洗至排水合格后,关正洗排水阀,打开进水阀,投入运行或关闭进水阀,备用。Washing: after resin mixes adequately, close compressed air inlet valve, immediately open outlet valve to drain water, prevent resin layers again, open inlet valve at the same time, when the exhaust valve water spill, close exhaust valve to washing at bi

56、校验。Checkout every 12 months. 1X670MW 项目锅炉补给水系统 155.1.2 电导率探头 Conductivity probe每三个月清洗探头并校验。 Clean probe and checkout every 3 months.5.1.3 流量仪表 flow instrument每三个月检查校验。 Checkout every 3 months.5.1.4 水泵 pumps废水泵、冲洗水泵、除盐水泵,再生泵每个月要检查轴承润滑和机械密封是否泄漏;定期查看电机温度。Waste water pump, rinse water pump, except salt
57、water pumps, renewable pump should check bearing lubrication and mechanical seal leaks every month; Examine regularly motor temperature.5.2保养 maintenance 保养主要指离子交换剂剂树脂的正常使用和贮存。 Maintenance mainly indicates the normal use of the agent agent and storage of ion exchange resin.5.2.1 在机组停运前,如果锅炉补给水设备需停运时
58、间较长(一周或更长) ,应运行至树脂失效为止。 Before unit stops running, if boiler make-up water equipments need stopping running a long time (1week or longer), we should run until resin loses effect.5.2.2 在水处理设备停运阶段,应密封好罐体,以防树脂失水干燥。如果存在冻结的危险,还应在罐体内充满饱和盐水,重新投运时,应先排掉盐水,然后作数次有效的再生。 At water treatment equipments stop runnin
59、g stage, we should seal tanks to prevent resin dehydrate dry. If there is frozen danger, we should also fill tanks with saturated brine, when put into operation again, we should drain brine first, then make several effective regeneration. 1X670MW 项目锅炉补给水系统 165.2.3 如果设备停运时间较短(过夜或周末) ,只需简单地停止运行即可,重新投运
60、时可采取再循环,直到出水水质达到正常值。 If boiler make-up water equipments need stopping running a short time (a night or weekend), we should only stop running simply, when put into operation again, go recycling until water outlet meets normal value.5.2.4 因树脂在运行,再生过程中有磨损及机械损伤,每年需增添总量 38的树脂作为补充。 Because resin has wear and tear of mechanical damage in run, regenerate process, add 3-8% resin of total as supplement every year.5.2.5 树脂贮存Resin storage 树脂放置室内常温贮
