12、取，于是尝试使用多种多样的方式，让学生接触社会融入社会。一调查方法 本次调查以重庆商务职业学院大二会计系的所有学生为调查对象，此次调查采用随机抽样调查方法选取样本。具体做法如下：以一个班为一个单位，这样大二会计系就共抽取了11个单位，然后在每个单位中随机抽取若干名同学作为此次调查对象的样本。此次调查一共发放问卷300份，回收有效问卷300份。有效回收100%二调查结果及分析下面我们举出几个具有代表性的问题来做分析（一）大学生兼职有无必要从调查人数来看，认为大学生有必要做兼职的占67%，认为大学生没必要做兼职的占10%，余下的则是认为做不做兼职都行。从这组数据分析的结果可以看出多数的学生认为兼职

13、是有必要，经分析原因可能有以下几点：1大学生对提高自我综合能力的意识正逐渐提高；2.大学生已意识到兼职对于我们在即将步入社会这个大熔炉当中能够起到的重要作用。3.家长的支持，多数的家长也赞同孩子在校做一些兼职，因为家长们也知道，在这竞争如此激烈的社会，没有一点能力，没有一点社会经验是不容易找到好工作的，况且社会上的劳动力已经相当充足，每年高校却在不断扩招，大学生就业难的问题的也被媒体不断地报道，家长也担心孩子的未来。（二）同学做兼职的种类以及范围从表中可以看出大学生兼职的种类繁多，分别有5%的同学做过家教，23.3%的同学做过促销，1.60%的同学做过礼仪，50% 的同学做过发传单，3.10%

14、 的同学做过市场调查，17% 的同学做过餐饮服务。总的来看，同学们的兼职方向都在发传单，经分析，原因可能有以下几点：发传单工作简单，不需要任何经验，同时发传单工作易找，工资报酬大概在100元左右，薪酬较高，日结，工作时间较自由，同时一方面，时间有限，一般都是利用课余时间，所以同学们只能选择耗时少，收入较高的工作；另一方面，社会经验较少，工作能力有限，诸多用人单位不予考虑。况且在校园里的学生了解兼职的途径还是不很广。很多都是同学介绍才走上兼职的岗位的。那是否可以通过中介来了解呢？答案是否定的。很多大学生对中介机构表示怀疑，而学生在通过中介寻找工作的过程中上当受骗也很多。所以大多数的同学都会选择发

15、传单这种非常好找的工作来兼职。（三）兼职的目的对于大多数大学生来说他们在外做的兼职几乎都与自己的专业没有任何挂钩的地方，他们是为什么做兼职？做兼职的目的是什么呢？我想可以从调查表中可以看出大多数同学都抱着挣钱和锻炼自我的目的去做兼职，也有许多同学是因为空余时间较多同时受到周围人的影响去做兼职，极少一部分同学是出于个人爱好和其他原因去做兼职。经分析大多数同学都希望在大学期间能够很好的锻炼自己同时为自己积累一定的经济基础，在兼职的过程中积累人脉，为自己以后将来的工作做好打算。从大学开始锻炼自我这样就不会在初出茅庐时显得生涩不适应社会的生活，能够在工作时及早的上手。（四）如何分配兼职所赚取到的钱由表

16、看出；大多数同学能够很好的把兼职得来的钱利用起来，有一些同学会把得来的钱存在银行里，还有的同学都会把钱用在自己的生活费上或则作为自己的零花钱，。还有些同学把钱用在交友上。从这些方面都可以看出同学对兼职赚来的钱看待的非常珍贵。为了减轻家里父母的负担来做兼职，或则因为想要买一件心仪的东西不想要父母拿钱做兼职，又或者想把赚取到的钱存入银行，作为自己日后的应急用，不管出于何种目的和原因，同学们的出发点都是好的，都希望通过自己努力得来的钱能够得到合理的应用。三结论和建议（一） 学校方面 许多同学的课程较少，希望能通过兼职来丰富自己的大学生活，但又苦于没有寻找兼职的途径，学校可以成立一个专门的兼职部门，为

17、需要兼职的同学提供方便。同时学生若遇到兼职方面的各种问题也可以在此部门寻求帮助，为同学们的兼职提供可靠的保障。（二）学生方面大学生应该树立正确的兼职观念，兼职不只是为了报酬，更重要的是锻炼自己的能力，实践所学知识，“钱”不是最终目的，而在兼职的同时不要为了兼职而荒废自己的课程，在兼职过程中有的时候会面对以下一些问题，没有利用法律武器来维护自己合法的权益，如工资拖欠问题等问题，同学们在兼职的过程中要学会运用法律的武器来保护自己。兼职对于我们的学业多多少少都会有一定的影响，当我们的兼职工作与学习发生冲突的时候，同学们应该优先考虑我们的学业，毕竟大学生的主要工作就是学习，切记不要因小失大，因为兼职而

18、放弃学业这是非常不可取的行为，大多同学都是抱着赚钱和锻炼自我的目的去兼职的，但同学们是否想过当我们放弃学业去做兼职的时候我们空缺了什么？是我们的专业知识，出入社会我们需要我们的专业知识做我们工作的根本保障。总结：作为一名大学生我们应该将强烈的使命感化为服务、学习、实践、奉献等实实在在的行动。我们应该有社会责任意识同时在兼职的路上我们也应该以实现自我价值为目标去工作，同时我们还可以将自己的专业知识与社会需求紧密结合在一起，利用自己的专长去服务社会去回报社会，我们大学的空余时间不仅可以拿来做兼职还可以去参加各种公益活动，去培养自身 的社会责任感，这也是一种实现自我价值的体现同时也空余很好的锻炼自我
