1、我国票据市场现状及发展研究论文 摘 要 近年来，伴随着我国资本市场和票据市场的发展，票据市场已逐渐成为货币市场的一个重要组成部分。加入世贸组织后，面对一体化的经济环境，票据市场健康有序地发展无疑面临巨大的挑战。因此，本文从票据市场的定义和发展历程入手阐述了票据应该"是什么'、借助评价标准阐明我国票据市场发展现状以及通过票交所建立新时代下中国票据市场的发展目标指明票据市场发展方向，从上述三个方面找出我国票据市场存在的五个方面的问题：制度问题参与主体风险管理、创新问题、信用问题和道德风险防范问题。最后针对目前中国票据市场上存在的问题提出了相应的对策：树立风险意识、创造良好信用环境
