Mac OS X quickly setup guide for Probook 6555b

1、Just share my installation steps for Mac OS X with you.If you have the same module ProBook 6555b, maybe it can help you to install quickly. prerequisiteBefore install, you should get these files already.snowleopard_10a432_userdvd.dmg the installation program for Mac OS X 10.6.darwin_snow_legacy

2、.iso the bootloader file used for VMware. installationOpen VMware player, choose create a new virtual machine.Select other and choose freeBSD 64-bit in the drop-down list.Notice that you should enlarge the default size 8GB since the install file is more than 10GB. Here I set it to 15GB.  C

3、lick off Power on this virtual machine after creation and select finish.Now entry the folder you create for the new VMware Machine, edit vmx file.In the vmx file, find the line “guestOS = “and change the value to drwin10-64. Save and close this file.Turn to VMware player, click Edit virtual machine

4、settings, in CD/DVD (IDE) line, click Use ISO image file and choose the ISO file darwin_snow_legacy.iso.   When finish, click Play virtual machine.  White till this picture appear, change the CD/DVD(IDE) file to  snowleopard_10a432_userdvd.dmg and press F5 to continue.&

5、#160;Soon you will see the install screen.
