1、保税区论文：张家港保税区竞争力提升对策探究【中文摘要】随着我国改革开放的不断深入，保税区已经走过了 20多年的历程。 保税区早发展的过程中取得了较大的成绩并积累了 许多成功经验。但是,经过多年的发展，也暴露出越来越多的问题。加 快我国保税区的转型和升级已是刻不容缓的事情。目前，各家保税区正在积极探索自身的发展道路。文章介绍了国外自由贸易区的有关情 况,并且总结了我国保税物流园区、 出口加工区、 保税港区的各自情 况和特点，介绍了保税区运作的主要情况以及暴露出的问题，并分析 了成因。进而为下文分析保税区竞争力的影响因素做好理论准备。在相关理论分析的基础上，构建了一套合理的保税区竞争力评价指标体

2、系。进而提出了符合我国保税区竞争力评价客观实际的因子分析评价 方法,建立了因子分析评价体系，构建了因子分析评价模型及其求解 方法。最后，选取全国 13 个保税区作为样本，对保税区竞争力进行，验证了评价方法的可行性与准确性，并对评价结果进行分析，并为张 家港保税区竞争力评价提供可行的建议。【英文摘要】 With the continuous deepening of China s reform andope ning up, Free Trade Zone has gone through more tha n 20 years.Free Trade Zone in the early pro
