1、办公自动化论文:基于工作流的科研单位网络办公系统的设计与实现中文摘要】信息技术的广泛应用在各个行业引发了一场新的革 命，办公自动化建设作为这场革命的重要内容，其作用更是日益显著。 随着我国经济的快速发展，地质方面的科学研究越来越受到国家重 视。如何顺应形势发展的要求,改进传统管理模式中的不足，提升管理 水平和效率对科研管理提出新的要求，而将信息技术应用于海洋地质 科研管理工作，建立一个网络办公系统是十分必要的。本文对某科研 单位网络办公需求进行了分析，根据其特点进行总体设计，研究开发了 一套网络办公系统。系统划分了七大功能模块:个人事务处理中心、 公告管理平台、日常所务办公平台、科研课题管理平

2、台、人事管理平 台、基础资料管理平台、后台管理平台，其中公文流转、日常办公等 功能采用了工作流技术。随后深入分析了国内一款优秀的工作流开发 平台E8.Net的开发构架，掌握了流程控制台的使用方法，阐述了数据 库的构成及其内部联系，最后以发文流程为例给出了建立一个流程的 详细设计。系统根据面向对象的编程思想，基于B/S模式和.NET框 架结构，运用C#语言和SQL Server 2000数据库管理工具实现了网 络办公系统，并通过角色定制机制、安全措施来提高系统的安全性。 目前系统已经交付客户使用且运行稳定,实际应用中较好的达到了消 除信息孤岛，提高资源共享的目标,起到了完善科研流程管理、提高科
