2、 send word; to send a message; To mail a notice; to write (a person) information; To give notice（预告）; To break a news to（通知坏消息）; To announce（宣布）Notice n通知是上级对下级、组织对成员或平行单位之间部署工作、传达事情或召开会议等所使用的应用文。通知的写法有两种，一种是以布告形式贴出，把事情通知有关人员，如学生、观众等，通常不用称呼；另一种是以书信的形式，发给有关人员，次种通知写作形式同普通书信，只要写明通知的具体内容即可。通知要求言简意赅、措辞得当

3、、时间及时。 n通知函种类多，可分为录用通知函、汇款通知函、会议通知函、工程通知函、调价通知函、装船指示通知函、装运通知函等等。装船通知函装船通知函n什么是装船通知 n装船通知也叫装运通知，是发货人在货物装船并取得提单后，向买方或其指定的人发出的有关货物装运情况的说明。n其目的在于让进口商做好筹措资金、付款和接货的准备。装船通知的主要内容装船通知的主要内容 n 1.单据名称。主要体现为：Shipping/Shipment Advice, Advice of shipment等，也有人将其称为shipping statement/declaration，如信用证有具体要求，则应从其规定。n2.通

4、知对象。应按信用证规定，具体讲可以是开证申请人、申请人的指定人或保险公司等。n3.通知内容。主要包括所发运货物的合同号或信用证号、品名、数量、金额、运输工具名称、开航日期、启运地和目的地、提运单号码、运输标志等，并且与其它相关单据保持一致，如信用证提出具体项目要求，应严格按规定出单。此外通知中还可能出现包装说明、ETD（船舶预离港时间。Estimated Time of Departure（ETD）预计开航时间）、ETA（船舶预抵港时间。ETA指：Expected Time of Arrival 预计到港时间）、 ETC（预计开始装船时间Estimated Time Of Carrrying）
