1、3.2 After 12 hours working hours within any one day, if CPP needs some vehicles and drivers to work for more working hours because of some unexpected circumstances, provider shall have the responsibility to provide the vehicles and drivers in time according to the requirements of CPP. 在 12小时工作以外时间，C

Drivers shall not refuse driving forward in case of bad oad condition unless this condition will cause damage to the vehicle. The Provider hall compensate CP

3、P for all losses or damages if the Provider fails to conform to his Article. 遇有恶劣(如下雨、刮风)等天气时，供应方不得借故不予出车。3.4 Everyday drivers have to follow the working time and do not come late. If , within a month, more than 3 times of 15 minutes more delaying appear, CPPwould deduct 10% of the month rate. If su

4、ch situation happens frequently, the provider have to change the vehicle or the driver, otherwise, CPP have the right to terminate the contract, And the delaying times and minutes shall be on the basis of the confirmation sheet on which both of CPP supervisor and the driver have signed their name. 每

In case the Provider intends to change any vehicle or driver, the providershall inform CPP s AdministrativeD epartmento f such intent together with all the information and certificates relating to this drive

41、shall also be held entirely and personally and solely liable for such an act and the damages, arising as a consequence thereof, which shall be recovered from the Provider. 55、ute arises between the workmen concerned and the Provider, the Provider shall be solely responsiblea nd liable for the cost and consequencesa risingo ut of such dispute.如果认为某工人的在岗工作驾驶技术不熟练，不遵守职业规范及CCP的规定不利于纪律、行为规范或承包给供应方的工作，当CPP要求时，供应方应撤离这样的工人并重新提供合格的工人，在这种情况下，如果在供应方和有关工人之间出现争议，供应方应对争议产生的费 用和后果独自承担责

56、任。The Provider shall be responsible for all acts of commission and or omission on the part of his employees. Any compensation to be paid to any person for any damage caused by such acts and/or omission on the part of his employees shall be borne by the Provider.供应方应对其雇员的所有委托行为和/或疏忽承担责任，并对其雇员的这种行为和/或
