21、敷设6.1 电缆线路敷设电缆敷设前应检查电缆外观应无损伤、绝缘良好，电缆型号、电 压、规格应符合设计。在敷设时电缆放线架应放置稳妥，敷设前应按 设计和实际路径计算每根电缆的长度，合理安排每盘电缆，减少电缆损耗。电缆敷设时，电缆应从盘的上端引出，不应使电缆在支架上及 地面摩擦拖拉。电缆上不应有铠装压扁、电缆绞拧、护层折裂等未消 除的机械损伤。电缆敷设时应排列整齐，不宜交叉，并加以固定，在 电缆的首端、末端和分支处装设电缆标志牌，标志牌上应注明线路编 号。当无编号时应写明电缆型号、规格及起止地点。电缆敷设后应加 以固定。电缆的排列应注意：(1)电力电缆和控制电缆不应配置在同一层支架上；(2)高低压

34、料齐备。电缆终端和电气装置的连 接应符合现行的国家标准电气装置安装工程母线装置施工及验收规 范的有关规定。制作电缆终端和接头，从剥切电缆开始应连续操作直至完成，缩短绝缘暴露时间，剥切电缆时不应损伤线芯和保留的绝缘层。附加绝缘的包绕、装配、热缩等应清洁。电缆线芯连接时，应除去线芯和连 接管内壁油污和氧化层。压接模具与金具应配合恰当。压缩比应符合 要求。压接后应将端子或连接管上的凸痕修理光滑，不得残留毛刺。 采用焊锡连接铜芯，应使用中性焊接膏，不得烧伤绝缘。电缆终端上 应有明显的相色标志，且应与系统的相位一致。七、质量保证1.施工准备阶段，施工单位应落实施工必需的劳动力、材料、机具、 技术、场地条

46、ogyem due tte tic.n dsofintin not. iains thi nee ds II I e9 .严格按质量综合管理体系的各管理程序管理，贯彻“谁执行谁负责”的原则，明确从项目经理到施工操作人员的质量责任；10 .建立工序质量控制点，在施工作业中明确负责人，明确控制部位、 控制标准、控制手段和控制程序，建立工序交接制度，不合格的原材 料不准使用，工序质量不合格不准转入下道工序，各工序均应对上道 工序进行检查，不合格的不得接收；八、安全保证8.1 安全措施施工中严格遵守各项安全管理制度，充分利用“三保”，即进入 现场，必须戴好安全帽，穿上绝缘鞋，高空作业必须系好安全带。坚
