21、华邑城二期工程总建筑面积 m2,其中地下室建筑面积为 m2,位于永福路与政新路交叉口东北角，由夏邑华邑置业有限公司投资建设，安徽新时代建筑设计有限公司设计。二、编制依据1、建设单位提供的设计图；2、GB/T2357-2009 技术标准三、材料特点湿铺防水卷材，不须涂刷胶粘剂，只须将卷材表面的隔离纸撕去即可粘贴卷材的方法。施工简便，容易操作，污染小、效率高、更安全，且不因胶粘剂涂刷不均匀而影响铺贴质量。由于自粘型防水卷材在工厂生产过程中就已在底面涂布了与卷材同性的高效粘结层较厚的粘结层有一定的蠕变能力，不仅增加了卷材适应基层变形的能力，而且与卷材同步老化，延长了防水层的使用寿命。b、应甲方要求高

44、；4、基层面及预留处的处理：基面必须平整、牢固、干净、无明水、无渗漏，凹凸不平及裂缝处必须先找平，渗漏处必须先进行堵漏处理，阴阳角应做成圆弧角。以免降低或阻碍防水材料与基面的粘结；所有穿砼管线必须安装牢固，接缝严密，收头圆滑，不得有任何松动现象；用笤帚扫除清理基面，除去表面浮尘、废土等；水平表面抹平并压光；有孔洞、蜂窝、破碎和渗漏等缺陷的基面应进行修补；基层基面可潮湿但不得积明水。六、施工流程1） 、基层要求及处理（ 1）基层必须牢固，无松动、起砂等缺陷。基层表面应平整洁净、均匀一致。（ 2）必须将突出基层表面的异物、砂浆疙瘩等铲除，并将尘土杂物清除干净，最好用密实扫帚 进行清理。阴阳角、管道
