1、夏季防暑降温安全施工方案一、编制目的当前，盛夏季节，日照强度高，高温天气持续，连续施工时间长， 职工劳动强度大的特点。如果防暑降温工作不到位，就容易造成中暑事件 发生。为了保证本工程的顺利施工，防止暑期高温作业中暑等伤亡事故的 发生，切实做好夏季施工的防暑降温工作， 针对常州市近期高温的实际情 况，采取有效措施积极应对高温天气， 确保在施工中出现紧急情况时，应 急救援工作能迅速有效，最大限度的保障企业工人身体健康和生命安全、 财产安全，努力改善施工作业人员工作环境和生活条件，有效预防安全事 故和高温中暑等事件发生，确保建筑工地安全生产，根据本工程特点，特 制定本方案。二、实施目标提高项目部管理

16、2、要密切关注有关高温天气的气象预报，气象学将日最高气温大于或等于35摄氏度定义为“高温日”，连续 5天以上“高温日”称作“持续高温”。严格实行“抓两头、歇中间”的避高温措施，适当调整夏季高 温作业劳动和休息制度，减轻劳动强度，严格控制室外作业时间，避免高 温时段作业，确保劳动者身体健康和生命安全。原则上，气温超过37C,严禁11:00至15:00进行室外作业。妥善安排高温期间施工生产，合理的 调整作业时间，安排工人作息时间，合理的劳动休息制度，根据本工程具体情况在气温较高的条件下作息时间为，早上 5时10时下班，下午3 时9时（根据天气气温可在进行合理调整），严格控制加班加点，高温 时段项目

17、部停止室外露天和高处作业，防止工人疲倦乏力、劳累过度导致伤亡事故发生。3、严格落实工人防暑降温物品和药品，在饮水室设置茶炉和保温桶， 保证不间断供应开水和应供给足够的合乎卫生要求的大麦茶，食盐饮料（包括盐汽水茶水，中药，各种汤类等）其含盐浓度一般为0.1%。0.3%。， 防止工人脱水、中暑；医务室配备人丹、十滴水等防暑必要的药品，配备 医疗箱。定时足量发放给各班组及一线工人防暑药物，这些药物有：人丹十滴水正气水清凉油无极丹避瘟散金银花菊花荷叶。4、在炎热季节为保证工人的充分休息，减少疲劳，项目部规定：a：调集体宿舍，将同一班次的工人调在一起，避免互相干扰而影响睡眠。b:开展宣传教育工作，保证工

34、卫生管理，避免因食物变质引发中毒事件。同时， 加强对夏季易发疾病的监控，确保现场作业人员发生法定传染病、 食物中 毒时，能及时向有关部门报告。10、为防止传染病的发生，施工现场生活垃圾应集中放入专用容器中， 并及时清理。加强工地食堂、厕所的卫生检查，坚决杜绝食用腐坏变质食 物，严把病从口入关，高度重视暑期有关传染病防治工作， 发现从业人员 患病要及时医治。11、加强施工现场临时用电管理。高温季节施工，作业人员身体裸露 部位较多，身体易出汗，极易造成触电事故，各施工现场应严格执行施工 用电规范，加强安全用电管理，严禁私拉乱接电线，各项目部要加强工地 临时用电日常检查制度，发现问题，及时整改落实。
