15、rescribed in schedule iv;(d) a list of propo sed sub-c on tractors in the format p rescribed inschedule vi;(e) informationregarding any currentlitigationin which theten derer is invo Ived;(f) the details of the con structi on methods prop osed.for the purp oses of clause , ten derers who have bee n

16、p re-qualified may up date and augme nt the in formati on supp lied with their app licati on for pre-qualification, and, in particular,shall give particulars of workin hand at the date of ten deri ng.tenders submitted by a joint venture of two or more firms as partners shall ply with the followi ng

17、requireme nts:(a) the tender, and in case of a successful tender the form of agreement, shall be sig ned so as to be legally binding on all partn ers;(b) one of the joint ven ture members shall be nomin ated as spon sor;and this authorization shall be evideneed by submittinga power ofattor ney sig n

18、ed by legally authorized sig natories of all the members of the joint ven ture;(c) the joint ven ture spon sor shall be authorized to in cur liabilities and receive in struct ions for and on behalf of any and all members of thejoint ven ture and the en tire executi on of the con tract in clud ing p

19、ayme nt shall be done exclusively with the joint ven ture spon sor;(d) all members of the joint ven ture shall be liable join tly andseverally for the executi on of the con tractin accorda nee with thecon tract terms, and a releva nt stateme nt to this effect shall be in cluded in the authorizati on

20、 men ti oned un der (b) above as well as in the form of ten der and the form of agreeme nt (in case of a successful ten der);(e) a copy of the agreement entered into by the joint venture partners shall be submitted with the ten der.domestic ten derers or bin atio ns or joint ven tures of domestic an

22、derer shall bear all costs associated with the preparation and submissi on of his ten der and n either the empio yer nor his age nt pany will in any way be responsible or liable for those costs, regardless of the oute of the ten deri ng p rocess.5. site visitthe ten derer is advised to visit and exa

23、m ine the site of the worksand the surroundings and to obtain for himself on his own responsibility, allinformationthat may be necessary for preparing the tender anden teri ng into a con tract. the costs of visit ing the site shall be at the tenderer ' s own expense.arran geme nts for a visit to

24、 site, in clud ing transp ortati on andacmodati on, will be madeby the empio yer or his age ntpany andwill be advised to tenderers at the pre-tender meeting, details of which are give n in clause 16 of these in structi ons to ten derers.the ten derer and any of his rep rese ntatives will be gran ted

25、 p ermissi on by the empio yer or his age ntpany to en ter uponpriorage ntfatalits premises and lands for the purpose of such inspection by arran geme nt, but only upon the exp ress con diti on that the ten derer and his representatives, will release and indemnify the empioyer or his pany and its pe

26、rsonnel from and aga inst all liability in respect thereof and will be responsible for personal injury (whetheror otherwise), loss of or damage to property and any other loss, damage, costs and expen ses however caused, which, but for the exercise of such p ermissi on, would not have arise n.ten der

51、ncy of the the tenderer ' s option, (ii) entirely in that a ten derer exp ect ing to in curexpen ditures in a curre ncy or curre ncies other tha n those stated in (i) and (ii) above for a p orti on of the foreig n curre ncy requireme nts, and wishing to be paid accordingly, shall so indicatethe

54、nders. if exchange rages are not so published for certain currencies, the ten derer shall state the rates used and the source. for the purp ose of p ayme nts, the excha nge rates used in ten der prep arati on shall apply for the durati on of the con tract.the total amount of foreig n and local curre

55、 ncies exp ected to berequired by tenderers shall be substantiatedin schedules i and i(a)-foreigncurrency and localcurrency requirements,and the annexthereto, ten derers shall describe the manner in which such foreig n and local currencies are expected to be used, relatingspecifically,but notlimited

56、 to: foreig n curre ncy(a) exp atriate staff directly empio yed on the works:(b) social charges, in sura nee p remiums and medical care related to such staff, and travel expen ses betwee n china and the country of orig in;(c) a list of the imp orted materials, both temp orary and p erma nent, requir

57、ed for the works;(d) depreciationand usage of plant and equipment, including spare parts,required for the works;imp orted materials, plant and(e) in sura nee and freight charges for equipmen t, in cludi ng spare p arts; and(f) overhead expenses, fees and financial charges incurred outside china, loc

58、al curre ncy(g) local labour;(h) local materials;(i) other services, and;(j) overhead expen ses, fees and finan cial charges with in chi na.ten derers may be required by the empio yer to clarify their foreig ncurre ncy in eludedto clauserequirements, and to provide satisfactoryproof that the amountsin the unit rates and in schedule i are reas on able a
