1、当前开展我区英语学科校本教研活动要做好的几件事莲都区教研室 王汉明 本次教研组长主题培训会是在我区深入课程改革的背景下，为提高我区教研组长开展主题教研活动的组织与策划能力而举办的。面对我区教研工作实际，当前在开展校本教研活动中需做好以下几件事：一、认真组织广大英语教师学习浙江省教研室英语学科教学建议学习浙江省英语学科教学建议是有序开展学科常规课堂教学的有力保证，我们只有通过省建议的学习与实施才能规范我们的教学行为，要通过规范规教学的教学行为来提高我们的学科的教学质量。1、 提高对省学科教学建议的认识1） 建议是学科教学规范；2） 建议是对教师是教学工作的基本要求；3） 建议体现了课程改革的新教

2、学理念2、 要创造性地实施省学科教学建议1） 要结合实际，科学地把省教学建议落到教学行为当中去；2） 要在实践中进行总结，进行反思，使教学建议真正为提高英语课堂教学效益服务；3） 莲都区教研区英语学科组已搭建了学习建议的论谈平台，大家可以在论谈上进行交流。二、 开展主题校本教研要注意的地方。要从常规教研中，及时提炼主题，开展主题教研活动，解决当前课程改革面遇到的困难和问题，有力地推动我区英语学科课改工作的深入进行。在开展校本主题教研中，我们需注意的以下几个问题。1、 在落实与实施建议中做好教学行为的反思；2、 要在常规教研活动中，发现问题，选好主题；3、 要加强业务学习，提高我们的教学理论素养
