25、整体布置应以美观、实用、耐用为原则。The total height is 2230mm; inner clear height is 2030mm. The whole layout should on the Principle of beauty, PraCtiCaIity and durability.6.2. 卫生单元钢质底盘表面采用地砖。表面平整、美观并保持水密和不积水；单元内配水圭寸式地漏2个，按本船的倾斜原理设置。地面的倾斜度在淋浴区应大于10mm/m而在洗漱区应大于5mm/mThe base plate material USed for the San itary Unit

27、.3. 卫生单元内壁板、天花板采用表面贴PVC的复合岩棉板，其表面应平整无气泡、毛刺、划痕等。复合岩棉板与底盘之间均采用硅胶密圭寸。The wall Panels and the ceilings in the Sanitary Units are composite rock wool Panels With PVC laminated. 28、公共卫生单元为Bo级，其余为C级防火门：通孔尺寸600mmX1700mm ,门框表面静电粉末喷涂门板覆 PVC膜，门上配C-4有无人锁。门上配定门杆或定门器。门下方与门框间隙为15mm ,门铰链应为不锈钢。The fire class of the Sanitary Unit door for public toilet is B0 ” class, while OtherS are C ” class. The gap betwee n the door bottom and the door frame should be 15mm. Thehin ges should be Sta ini esssteel.6.5. 卫生单元设三路进水：冷水，热水及海水。水管均采用C 15X1紫铜管，冷热水管的连接位

31、 bail VaiVeS are to be USed for ConneCtion With the vessel.6.6. 卫生单元设两路排水：灰水、黑水，灰水管为管径C48不锈钢管；黑水管为管径C89的PVC管。排水管与船上管路用软橡胶管，卡箍联接，球阀、橡胶管及卡箍均由设备方提供，连接由船厂自行完成。Drain PiPeS for grey and black Water ShOUid be in Staiied in the San itary Un it. Aii ConneCtionS ShOUid be done by the ShiPyard.6.7. 卫生间需配防潮接线盒(4孔4线满足IP56、220V的要求)高于维修三角区上方，内部照明防水型，镜前灯为1X15W

The SWitCheS OUtSide the Sanitary Unit should be PrOVided by the ShiPyard.6.8. 卫生单元内天花板处装0100抽风头一个，抽风头与风管的连接由船厂自行完成。Ceili ng of the San itary Un it should be equipped With a 0 100 exhaust louver. The joining work of the exhaust louver to the exhaust duct should be done by the ShiPy

35、ard.6.9. 卫生单元内所有设备、小五金件、管路阀件、电缆线等必须安装牢固，不得有松动现象，且所有洁具、 五金件必需进行加强，特别是座便器、洗脸盆、防浪扶手等尤为要坚固加强。要保证卫生单元底盘、顶 板及洁具等的材料强度，不应有内部漏水现象。All equipme nts, small hardware, pipes, VaIVeS and CabIeS should be fixed in good order and have no loose. 37、 洗脸盆冲水试验；Flush ing test of the WaSh bas in7.4. 座便器冲放水试验。FIUShi ng test of the WC7. 其他OtherS卫生单元制造完工后，由设备方书面通知甲方和船东对卫生单元进行验收，验收合格后，方能发货。若十 天之内没有答复，视为产品合格，且可发货。The seller should notify the buyer and the ShiP OWner by Writing to make an inSPeCtion of the Unit in the seller factory When finished.
