2、 eral Man ager who reports to the Chairma n of Directors of the Board or to the pers onnel of the mother compa ny (or a sister compa ny) appo in ted by the Chairma n. T he Employee' s duties may in clude but not necessarily be limited to sales and marketing activities, allocated by theChairma n.

Place of Work and Worki ng HoursThe place of work may be located in an appo in ted office of the Compa ny or the Employee may work at any other place agreed by both the Companyand the Employee.The Employee may be required to make local and overseas travels occasi on ally in order to perform the d
4、uties.The total number of working hours is 40 hours per week, excluding lunch / break.Working Hours: Weekdays 08:4512:45 , 14:0018:00 (12:4514:00 lunch/ break)Weeke nds and Public Holidays: Off4. Rem un erati onThe Employee 's monthly salary will be Salarywith a twelfthmonth salary for a complet
5、e year of services, or pro-rated with the calendaryear payable at the end of December.The pay for the referred period will be deposited on the Employee' s bank account on the last weekday of the mon th.the employee ' s salary shall be annu allyreviewed and an adjustment of the salary, if any

7、 In sura neethe employee ' s medical in sura nee will be provided by the compa ny.7. HolidayThe Company pays holiday allowance to an annual leave of twelve (12) days oncompletion of each years service with the Company.The holiday is accruedduring the qualifying yearwhich is the calendar yearand
8、can be held inthe following holiday yearwhich is from 1 st June until 31May the followingyear.8. TerminationTermination terms for theboth parties will be one (1) months written noticeor payment in lieu hereof.9. Conflict of InterestThe Employee shall not engage , participate or be involved in any tr
9、ades ofbusinesses which may be in conflict with the compan'y s interests. the employee is not allowedto disclose information which will endanger the Company business to other parties without consent and permission from authorizedpersonnel of the Company.The Employee will also undertake an obliga
10、tion that should the Employee leavethe employ of the Company , the Employee will not , within a period of six (6) moths fromthe date ofthe Employee 's leaving , engage himself or be engagedin activities which directly or indirectly may compete with the activities ofthe Company. Should the Employee , however , contrary to this obligation , therebycause or lead to cause increased competition for the Company , the Employee will agree tobe liable for a reasonable payment of compensation to the Company.This Contract is exec
