1、浅谈如何提高农村中学生的英语口语能力摘要:英语是一门要求语言技巧的课程,听,说,读,写这四项是学习英语的基本技能。同时也是中学生不可缺少的能力。尤其是听、说的要求,因为听是人们理解语言的重要途径。而说是学生应用知识来进行自我表达的一种重要手段之一。是掌握英语的必经之路。但是在我国农村中学中,存在着很多人感觉“耳不灵”“口难开“的情况。这些都是学习英语口语的障碍。解决了这些障碍,就是治好我们英语“聋哑症”的关键。作为一名英语老师我认为要给学生更多的开口的时机,如听说结合、背诵、小组练习、简笔画、表演等方面,还要有适当的表扬和表演鼓励。关键词:中学生 英语口语 表演 Abstract:Englis

2、h is a subject which need the language skills,listening,speaking,reading and writing are the four basic skills.Which also is the important part sp.the speaking .Because listening & speaking is the most important way for them to understand the language. whats more ,it iss the only way to master t

3、he English .But in most country middle school,there are many students cant listen to others and cant speak loudly.Which is a big problem for the students.If we can solve these problems,we can easily find the way to make the students to speaking .As a middle school teacher,I think we should give them

Introduction As we all known ,learning English isnt a easy thing for most students,esp.for the country student

5、s.Now,I am teaching in the ShuiTian Middle School,Grade one class 89 andhey are all from the far country .And the didnt learn English before in the school.This is they first time to learn English .They are very shy and cant dare to talk with each other,they dont know how to read and express themselv

6、es in the right way.They just keep slient and write the new words and look at the book again and again. Their oral English are very poor.And theyre work hard ,they also dont know how to improve their English .Both the teacher and studenta are worry about it very much.2.The Problem AnalysisHow to imp

7、rove the students listening and speaking ability is the key aim for a English teacher.we should pay more attention to the subject.In the past time ,I just ask them to read the words after me ,and then read the words together.read and re-read once and once again.But I found this way isnt good at all.

8、They just master the words which I have taught them and they cant enlarge by themselves. But now,oral English is more and more importantance.So I decided to divide them into two different class .one is the experimental class -90.Use the new way to teach them .The other is the same as beforeuse the u

9、sually way to teach them . Now Ill introduce the new way .And use it teach my C90.The teachers side a.In the traditional teach procedures,the class was teacher to teachcontrl,reading new words ,teaching grammar,doing the exercise.We spent much time to teach the language points instead of training th

10、e students to practice the words and phrase ,understand the grammar points . the teachers ask the students to finish much exercise to master the grammar. the teachers only want the students to get much more grades in the examine and stress the presentation of knowledge and explanation of grammar ins

11、tead of enhancing their interest and ignoring their oral English .b. Some English learner said that they cant remember the meaning of much new English words .c.Sometimes I think the time isnt enough at all.So I dont give them much time to practice the speaking ability .Ans thus with the classroom ac

12、tivities.The students side A. Some student are very shy ,they cant speak and read in the classroom .so they often keep silence in the classroom and only do the book exercise . Because they are afraid of making mistakes and being laugh by others.B.The style of Chinese and English pronunciation,writin

13、g is quite different from one another .They must rememeber new words and the phrase and the useful expressions,so they think learning English is very difficult .and speaking is difficult,too.They will give up and lose the interest in speaking English .C.Our class has 41 students together.It is hard

14、for everyone to speak English and exchange their opinions.It is hard for the teachers to correct their mistakes in the 45 minutes time.But I want to improve their speaking English in short time.3.Research DesignI would like to concern with how to arouse the students interest in speaking English and

15、pairs their achievement,no matter big or small.Encourage them to speak English as much as possible.I also would like to make the student to feel that learning English is very intreseting.Activity 1.Content :Go for it .Grade 7. 47、m two sources:two questionnaires and two tests at different times,which will be analyzed respectively in this section. Two questionnaires issed in this research. One at the beginning of the project,the other at the finish of the project.questionnaire 2 was designed partly based on questionnaire

Most of the students have positive attitudes on these teaching aids.These can arouse their interests and help them to practice speaking English .Through my project implementation in my class.Not only I have improve my teaching skills ,but also my students

52、 have great progress in oral English .But it also reveals the unsuccessful aspects in oral English .At least 5%-10% of the students considered those aids not useful at all .Here I must do something to help them .4. ConclusionThis report aimed at improving the studentslistening and speaking abilities

53、.Which have got great progress through my lessons .the result show that students listening and speaking abilities not only have been greatly improved but also enlarged their knowledge and enchanced their interest.In class ,I have tried to arouse their interests and given them more time to practice t
