Then, I will talk about my main experience about internship.Before worked formal, I experienced a number of related business training that is these knowledge training, and I gradually understand the financial and the bank. Th

14、rough CMB study, I more and more profound understanding of CMB.The internship work as an assistant of manager on duty, the work divide into two parts, including sell POS and Credit Card. First, our group should go to all kinds of markets to sell POS in Kunming. This work is very hard to complete bec

15、ause most of customers did not believe us who look like liars. As the result of it, if we have sold two POS in a week, that is good for us. But it was not our mainly work. Our duty is sell the Credit Card. Credit card by whether to have consumer credit function is divided intoCredit Card and Debit C

16、ard. Credit Card holder is according to the issuing bank to pay the reserve for Loan card and Credit Card. Credit Card holder bank granted certain limit, does not need to pay the reserve can be in this line for consumption, monthly bank will print a piece of the customers of the consumption of inven

17、tory, customers can choose paid in full or part payment, if they choose the latter, were not paid as part of short-term bank loans to compound interest. While prospective credit is a Credit Card. A Debit Card is no overdraft function, but can transfer settlement, access and consumption. Credit Card

19、n customers is the younger who use it to buy cars or houses. Last, I have some of my point about CMB. Actually the bank is not what I imagine, easy work, the bank staff is very difficult. Seemingly simple work actually contains many of details, and you must be circumspect for every step. But some st

20、aff often overtime work for finishing it just because staffs of CMB have a strong sense of responsibility. Maybe there is no any overtime wage reward. Then I feel CMB is a big family and have a sense of responsibility, which is particularly for enterprises. No internal unity, it would be a mess, and
