5、d other operations according to the packing specification.4.3 质量部负责包装检验；Quality department is responsible for packing inspection;5. 程序Procedures5.1产品包装设计原则Principles of product packing design 5.1.1满足客户要求 Meeting requirements of customter所有包装设计，特别是每箱的装箱数量，必须满足客户要求，在没有征得客户同意下，不可私自作有关改动。如发现客户要求有较大问题时可同

6、客户交流后由客户定夺。 All packaging design, in particular the quantity of cases per carton, must meet customer requirements. Without the consent of the customer, packing method cannot be changed. 7、成本原则 Low Cost Principles包装设计时要做到成本最低，效果最好。When designing the packing, use the lowest cost, and achieve the best results.5.1.3安全原则 Safety Principles设计包装时必须充分考虑包装材料对所包装产品的安全性影响，不致因正常的运输、振动、承载等外界作用致使包装失败。例如对于光洁度要求较高产品的表面要用保护膜加以保护，如玻璃表面、透明塑料表面、易刮花的五金表面，如产品之间摩擦碰撞会导致产品损坏的需要隔离包装，如产品易碎需要有隔离层等。 When designin

If product is fragile, a isolation layer is necessary.5.1.4体积最小原则 Smallest principle为了节省运输成本， 保证产品易便携、易搬运，故在进行包

10、装设计时须从包装方法上考虑，尽量使包装体积最小。 In order to save the transportation cost, ensure the product is easy to carry, the packaging design should be considered from the packaging method, as far as possible to minimize the size of the packaging.5.1.5易装易取原则 Easy dismantling principle包装设计时要考虑作业者在装箱和拆箱时便捷、流畅，不要因设计缺陷而

11、致使作业者很难操作。Packaging design should consider convenience and fluency of boxing and unboxing, don't due to the design defects, cause the operator is difficult to operate. 5.1.6重量、数量适中原则 Weight and quantity moderate principle一般每箱产品的总重量应在20kg以下以搬运工可搬运为原则。装箱数量按客人要求执行，若客人没有要求则每箱所装产品的数量一般为打数或其倍数如6、12、24

20、n order to make the packaging air dry, use silica gel and others to absorb moisture and dry.5.3 标签要求 Labeling requirements标签设计一般要根据客户的要求来确定，可直接印在箱体侧面四面或打印出来贴在箱体侧面四面。标签设计主要考虑以下几方面的内容：订单号码、产品型号 、装箱数量、整箱净重、整箱毛重、外箱尺寸、 产品产地、防潮防水易碎防倒置标志等。 Label design in general is determined according to customers requir

25、实际或相似产品的摆放，从而确定相关包材的具体规格。必要时，还需要制作样箱来进一步验证。采用木箱包装时，一般要做震动测试，采用纸箱包装时，一般要做跌落测试，跌落测试标准如下：No matter choose which kind of packaging method, the packaging method of the product must be verified prior.
