3、lledbythePCS.Thesetemperatureshavetoreachatleast121Cminimumfor20min.在杀菌(SIP)期间，温度以及流体的流量由PCS控制。杀菌温度必须达到至少121C并且保持20分钟。AttheendofthesterilizationprocessitisnecessarytoresetthestepsequencewiththebluebuttononthePCS(endphase).在杀菌过程完成的时候，有必要使用蓝色按钮重置步骤，Productionpreparation生产准备Thepreparationofproductionin
