4、D14003 施工准备 PREPARATION3.1 技术准备 Technical preparation 3.1.1 图纸会审工作已经完成,具有图纸会审记录。Drawing audit has been completed, with a related record. 3.1.2 根据设计文件要求,编制技术交底等技术文件。Preparation of technical disclosure and other technical documents according to the requirements ofdesign requirement.3.1.3 图纸的设计符合喷涂的要求。

5、The design of drawing is complied with the requirements of the coating .A:所有的 R 角最好能达到 R5,最低要求是 R3;All the edges is better to reach R5, Min R3;B:工件整体表明要求平滑过渡,不能有尖锐的角。不能有焊缝,焊渣,凹坑。The surface of coating area should be smooth .Sharp corner ,welding beam ,welding slag and steelpit are not allowed.3.2 材料

6、准备 Material preparation 3.2.1 准备好喷砂所需的砂料。Prepare all the sand needed for sandblasting . 3.2.2 准备好所需的涂料。涂料必须有相应的材质证明文件。Prepare all the coating material ,it should have COA. 3.3 工具准备 Facility preparation3.3.1 喷砂机 sandblasting machie3.3.2 打磨工具 grinder tools3.3.3 静电喷枪 static powder spray gun3.3.4 吹灰枪 so

7、ot lance335 烧结炉 curing oven336 工装 Tooling 4 安全技术措施 SAFTY MEASURES4.1 施工人员进入现场必须穿戴好相应的防护设备,喷涂时须佩戴专用呼吸头盔,防止中毒事 故发生。People en ter the sce ne must wear appropriate protective equipme nt, spray ing must wear specialbreathi ng helmet to preve nt pois oning accide nts.4.2 防火防爆措施要齐全。Fire and explosi on prot

8、ect ion measures should be complete4.3 做好施工用电的安全工作。Electrical safety duri ng process ing.4.4 喷砂除锈应采取防护措施,防止灰尘污染。Should protect the breath of people while san dblasti ngand grinding, also n eed to preve nt the dust polluti on.4.5 涂料不得随意倾倒,防止污染环境和水源。Paint shall not be dumped at ran dom to preve nt pol

9、luti on of the en vir onment and water sources.5 施工程序:COATING PROCESS5.1 施工工艺流程: The coat ing process5.2 进料检查 In comi ng in specti on::检查接收的罐体是否有碰伤,焊接处是否有焊缝,法兰等 密封面是否有磕碰,各倒角是否按照图纸规范处理好。罐体内部是否清洗干净。如果有倒角 最好能做到 R5.Inspecting whether there are scratches, hurts, weldingseams . Whether the chamfer in acco

10、rdance withthe drawings and specifications. If possible ,it is better to reach R5.Should take especially care to theflange and sealing surfaces .5.3 喷砂除锈 Sandblasting and grinding采用 20 目到 40 目氧化铝喷砂。基体表面要求清洁,而具有一定的粗糙度,即达到 GB 50727 工业设备及管道防腐蚀工程施工质量验收规范的 Sa2.5 级除锈标准,彻底除净表面的油 质、氧化皮、锈蚀等一切杂物。并用干燥、洁净的压缩空气清

11、除粉尘。表面无任何可见的残 留物,呈现金属均一本色,并有一定的粗糙度。With 20 mesh to 40 mesh aluminum oxide for sandblasting .Substrate surface should be clean and hasa certain roughness, the cleanliness should comply with GB 50727Code for construction and acceptance of anticorrosive engineering or industrialequipment andpipelineSa2

12、.5 rust standard, completelyfreeto the net surface oil and oxide skin, such as corrosion of all debris. No any visible residues on thesurface and has a metallic uniform color, and a certain roughness. 5.4 喷涂底漆 Primer coati ng 15 卩m25 卩。5.4.1 检查底漆涂料是否足够,涂料是否在质保期内;Check whether the material is enough

13、, and whether isinvalid . 5.4.2 底漆在喷涂之前,需要放在滚料台上先滚动2 小时,使涂料各组分均匀混合。Primer need to be roll the rolling machine for 2hours ,to mix the coating material evenly. 5.4.3 在喷涂底漆之前,先把不需要喷涂的位置用高温胶带保护好。Protect the area where dont need to be coated .5.4.4 检查固化炉,喷枪等设备是否干净正常,是否维护到位。气压是否充足,气源是否干净。Checkthe oven ,sp

14、ray gun and gas to be ready andclean.5.4.5 检查工装吊挂是否合适,安全,是否方便喷涂的施工操作。Make sure the rack to be suitable ,safe and easy forcoating . 5.4.6 再次检查工件表面,避免灰尘及其他异物污染。Check the surface of the coating area ,in case there is any dust or dirt .5.4.1 用 120 目的滤网过滤涂料。Filter the primer with 120 mesh net.5.4.7 适当预热工

15、件 60C左右。Preheat the part to about 60T .5.4.8 喷涂底漆,喷涂顺序:Coating process of primer5.4.9 接管法兰罐体底部挡板- 罐体四周(右里到外)Adapter, Flange-bottom- baffle-circle(from inside to outside) 5.4.10 喷涂完成后,检查是否有漏喷,流挂等不良,若有不良情况及时修补。Check whether there is any miss , sag and otherdefects. If yes ,repair it immediately . 5.4.

16、11 确认底漆喷涂没有问题后,将产品推进炉子,按照规定的温度加热。Put the coated part into the oven ,and heat to theneeded temperature .5.5 喷涂面漆 Top coating 500 卩 m750 卩 m 5.5.1 检查涂料是否足够,是否干燥,若有异常及时更换。Make sure the coating material is dry ,or else changethe material. 5.5.2 检查喷枪是否正常,气压是否充足,气源是否干净。Check whether the spray gun and air

17、pressure areclean and ready .5.5.3 检查工件是否到达预定的温度。温度到达后,将产品拉出炉子,关闭炉门,开始喷涂面 漆。When the part temperature reach the setting requirement , pull the part out of the oven ,close thedoor ,and start to spray top coat .5.5.4 喷涂面漆顺序Coating process of the top coat 底部挡板四周接管法兰Bottombaffle-cirble- Adapter, Flange

18、5.5.5 注意操作要迅速,避免工件冷却,影响上粉效率。Need to process as quick as possible , in case the part cooling down and affect the deposit of coatingpowder.5.5.6 喷涂厚度,第一遍 150200 微米,之后随着静电及热量逐步下降而逐步减低至 50 微米左 右,达到预定的厚度 500750 微米,预计需要 7 到 8 遍,根据实际上粉的情况而定。每一遍 喷涂完成后进炉固化,等涂层固化后再喷上一层。Coating thickness : First layer :150200

19、microns ,after that the thickness deduce step by step when thetemperature and static go down , finally may down to 50 microns .To reach the required 500750microns ,may need seven to eight times coating ,according to the process situation . Every time ofcoating need to be cured in the oven .After tha

20、t apply another layer of coating . 5.5.7 涂层固化过程中,需要注意观察,避免涂层流挂,起泡。若发现涂层有起泡现象,必须 停止,视气泡的大小,数量,位置等情况采取相应措施。若发现流挂,需要观察流挂是否影 响工件的密封,是否影响产品的使用并采取相应的措施。In the schedule of curing , special cares need to be taken. In case there is bubbles and sag .If there arebubbles , need to stop the process immediately ,

21、 take actions according to the size and quantity ofbubbles .If there are sags , need to see whether they affect the sealing and other situation of workoperation ,and take actions accordingly .5.5.8 涂层达到预定的厚度,并且充分固化后,不要马上将产品拉出炉子。先切断加热,保持 循环风,待工件在炉子里慢慢冷却后再拉出。When coating reach the required thickness ,

22、and fully curedD.on t pull the part out of the ovenimmediately .Cut off the heat first ,and keep the air flow .Pull out the part when it is cool .6 质量保证 QUALITY ASSURANCE6.1 外观检查 Appearance inspection: 涂层整体应光滑平整,颜色一致,无针孔、气泡、剥落缺陷。The whole coating should be smooth, the color is consistent, no pinhole

23、, air bubble, peeling defect. 6.2涂层厚度检查 Coating thickness tes:t ASTM_D1400 采用磁性(或超声波)测厚仪检测,要 求涂层厚度均匀,涂层厚度应符合设计要求。具体要求如下:According to ASTM_D1400, Using magnetic(or ultrasonic)thickness gauge to test the thickness of thecoating . The coating thickness should be evenly, coating thickness should meet the designrequirements.
