2、S ASSEMBLY1ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS1.1ROLLERS ASSEMBLY-Install the rollers in the transoms verifying that they have no more than 1or 2mm axial play between the supports.In case of bigger play,close the supports by a h-ammer or other system in order to have that little roller play.-CH 1mm Verify also th

3、e Ch dimension of the roller milled slots is according to the support with max 1mm difference,in order to avoid roller shaft rotation in the support after some working time.-No special equipments tools and controls are necessary during rollers assembly.1.2TRANSOMS ASSEMBLY-Install the transoms and r

4、eturn brackets by firmly tightening the screws and using cut washers to avoid loosing of the screws due to the vibrations.-Transoms for single direction belts have 2of inclination°of outer brackets in forw ard direction,for belt tracking effect.Verify the proper orientation of the transoms duri

5、ng assembly. , , , ,。, , 。-12mm , 。,。2°-3-Self-training transoms with rotating slewing-ring,for single direction belt,(type S without brake and type F with brakewith guide rollers assembled on brackets not in line with the rollers,must be assembled with the guide rollers in back position respec

6、t to the belt direction.This because,in case of belt misalignment,the belt pressure on the guide rollers provoke the transom rotation in the proper direction,in order to centralise the belt.,。、(,。:,。S -F -There are no special instructions,alarms or ways to operate with Rulmeca rollers and transoms.F

8、asing,lubrication or lubrication charts system is necessary.-Check the possible falling of material between rollers and brackets that could ca-use roller blocking -Check monthly the idlers and rollers for possible break downs.The possible break downs can be caused by the roller blocking due to:falli

9、ng of material or stones between rollers and bracketsblocking of bearing and seals of the roller due to pollution,water,sand or oxidation built up of material between rollers and belt overall in the return rollers.This fact can cause belt misalignment and out of tracking.Pay attention also to the p-

10、ossible built-up under the return rollers.In these cases install or improve the belt cleaners.wearing of the roller shell that cause holes and sharp edges on the roller su-rface in contact with the belt. , 。, 。., :;.、,。-5-The remedy to the brake downs is to replace the faulty rollers as soon as poss

11、ible,before they can damage the belt or the conveyor system.If the quantity of faulty rollers,overall if return rollers,is high,as above described,install or improve the belt cleaning system.-Eventual bent supports that don't firmly hold the rollers must be re-adjusted,rein-forced or replaced.、

12、,。(,。, , , 。, (,。STORE INSTRUCTIONS-The rollers (and transoms in case not painted with a complete painting cycle,during the time before the assembly in a new conveyor or for their conservation as spare parts for working conveyors,must be stored in a closed dry room or at least covered under a roof a

13、rea with enough circulation of air in order to avoid wet condensation or direct rain that can provoke oxidation.-In case of long storing time,verify that the boxes or envelops of products are covered on the top but that air circulation is guaranteed on the side and bottom of them,and yearly check the product state in order to prevent condensation or oxidation.-6-Tectyl In case of necessity the rollers -rust oil wax such as Tectyl , 。,./502C protect with anti 502C PSV !
