2、华电子有限公司提出并负责起草。本标准起草人:方澄秋本标准于 年 月 日 首次发布I130级醇溶粘结性直焊聚氨酯漆包铜圆线1、 范围本标准规定了130级醇溶粘结性直焊聚氨酯漆包铜圆线的产品分类、技术要求、试验方法、检测规则、标志、包装、运输及贮存。本标准适用于130级醇溶粘结性直焊聚氨酯漆包铜圆线。产品主要用于制造传声器、扬声器音圈及其它需要在低温粘结成型的特种线圈。2、 规范性引用文件下列文件中的条款通过本标准的引用而成为本标准条款。凡是注日期为引用文件,其随后所有的修改单(不包括勘误的内容)或修订版均不适用于本标准。然而,鼓励根据本标准达成协议的各方研究是否可使用这些文件的最新版本。凡是不注

7、温下漆包线之间不粘结,漆膜坚韧,即用手指甲尖刮划时,漆膜不剥离。4.4、尺寸、伸长率、电阻值漆包线的尺寸、伸长率、电阻应符合表2的规定。导体的不圆度f值不大于导体直径偏差的绝对值。4.5、柔韧性和附着性4.5.1、从同一线轴上取约长350mm的试样3根,在试验上分别标出距离为200mm的标线,以每分钟360mm以下的拉伸速度拉伸到断,用约15倍的放大镜检查,漆膜应不开裂。4.5.2、漆包线急拉断后,漆膜应不开裂或失去附着性。表2 自粘线尺寸、伸长率、电阻值要求表单位(mm)导体1种class12种class23种class3最小伸长率%导体电阻/m直径公差最小绝缘厚度最小自粘层厚度最大成品外径

29、0.2450.0850.2940.090.3430.100.110.3920.120.140.4410.150.170.490.180.190.5880.200.210.6860.220.7350.230.290.7840.300.400.8860.410.600.9805、 试验方法5.1、试验环境a、试验应在温度为15-35,相对湿度为45%-75%的环境条件下进行。b、试验前,试样必须在上述环境条件下放置8小时以上,使试样获得稳定状态。5.2、取样规则试样应从整轴的漆包线上选取。取样时漆包线不得受到拉伸和过分弯曲,每次取样前,应从线轴上去掉足够的漆包线,以保证取样中不夹带任何损坏的线段。

30、5.3表面质量对成轴漆包线的表面质量,用肉眼观察、手摸、指甲摩刮等方法进行以下项目的检查。a、有无外伤、沾污;b、表面光滑、光泽与颜色的均匀性;c、是否发粘;d、用指甲摩刮,漆膜是否容易剥落。5.4、常态针孔导体直径0.06mm以下取长约1.5m,导体直径0.07mm以上,取长约6m试样,浸入0.2%的食盐水中在食盐水里滴有适量的3%酒精酚酞溶液,试样浸入长度为5m,溶液按正极,试验接负极,施以12V直流电压1分钟后,检查产生的针孔数。5.5、粘结强度试验5.5.1、不发粘性导体直径为0.05mm及以上的漆包线,取长约50cm的试样,按表7规定扭绞,然后在605的恒温箱中保温1小时取出,当试样

31、的温度降至室温时,将扭绞对反扭绞,检查试样是否发粘。5.5.2、粘结力试验按表8规定的张力,用旋转轴型卷绕机把被测试样线在19.5mm经醇溶性自粘漆浸渍过的纸管上密绕2050圈,绕二层作为试样,但在做溶剂粘结试验时,应当是边通过溶剂槽,边卷绕。通过溶剂槽边卷绕而制得的试样,在室温下放置20分钟,然后在1005的恒温箱中干燥处理10分钟后粘接。试样冷却至室温后,测定粘接的线与线之间的重量,粘结力用最大值和最小值的平均值表示。5.6、耐药品性试验试样为2个,1个使用试剂(1),另一个使用试剂(2)。(1) 用蒸馏水或者去离子水配置的比重为1.20的硫酸溶液用来配置的,硫酸应为试剂;(2) 用蒸馏水或去离子水配置的浓度为10%的氢氧化钠水溶液,用来配置的氢氧化钠应为溶剂。取长约20cm的试样,在1255的恒温箱中加热处理10分钟,试样应不受弯曲和拉伸,将试样浸入10-30的上述溶液中,浸入长
