Eligible users are enrolled students, researchers, consultants, contract staff and employees of the organization who are not listed on any United States export exclusion lists and

23、 who are located in certain countries. Your organization must take all reasonable steps to prevent disclosure of its qualifying user code to anyone other than eligible users. Each eligible user may then (1) use the qualifying user code to login to the Sun Learning Center where he/she will be provide

24、d a list of certain Sun StarOffice/StarSuite web-based courses available for access at no cost, and (2) register for one or more of such courses. The eligible user will then be sent a registration confirmation which includes the URL for accessing the course(s). Please note that eligible users will o

25、nly be able to access the course content for the specified Sun StarOffice/StarSuite web-based courses and will not be able to access all of the functionality of the Sun Learning Center such as reporting and tracking features. Use of the Sun Learning Center by eligible users will be subject to Suns s

26、tandard terms, conditions and requirements for accessing the Sun Learning Center, including without limitation, certain system and browser requirements and acceptance of the standard Sun clickwrap agreement for courses prior to being provided access to any course. Eligible users have 90 days to comp

27、lete the course. However, provided that a user continues to be an eligible user after the expiration of such 90-day period, he/she may reregister for any courses previously accessed but not completed. 28、ogram is the same as the Sun Learning Center - Online StarOffice/StarSuite Program described above except eligible users will also be allowed to access certain Sun web-based courses in other subjects at no cost. If your organization will be participating in the ILT Program, it must also participate in the Direct Purchase Program in order to

If Sun requires you to obtain them from a Sun designated third party service provide

33、r or reseller: By checking the box to apply for this program and submitting this application, you agree that (1) Sun may provide your organizations name to Suns service provider or reseller in order to authorize you to receive discounted certification test vouchers; and (2) that Suns service provide

34、r or reseller may contact you about your participation in this program. Suns service provider or reseller may reject or terminate your participation in this program for any reason and may require your organization to submit an acceptable credit application, agree to the fulfillment vendors terms and

35、 conditions, and pay administrative fees and shipping and handling in order to participate in this program. Sun will not be liable or responsible in any way or for any reason in connection with your application to and account with Suns service providers or resellers or your purchase of Sun certifica
