2、装符合 IMO PSPC 标准。The painting works including surface preparation and painting inspection to be carried out in accordance with builders practice, the paint makers recommendations, shipbuilding contract and specification. The coating for Water Ballast Tank to be satisfied with IMO PSPC Standard.1.2 本船

3、涂料是佐敦涂料公司的。The paint is manufactured by JOTUN.1.3 本说明书中涉及到的主要标准:ISO 8501-1:1998,涂覆涂料前钢材表面处理表面清洁度的目视评定 第一部分:未涂装的钢材和全面清除原有涂层后钢材的锈蚀等级和除锈等级。(GB8923-1988 涂装前钢材表面锈蚀等级和除锈等级)ISO 8501-1:1998,Preparation of steel substrate before application of paints and related products-Visual assessment (GB8923-1998 Rust g

14、 purchase, i.e. machinery, electrical equipment, fittings, valves, deck machinery, furniture, etc, shall be painted in accordance with each makers standard.2 表面处理Surface preparation2.1 一次表面处理Primary surface preparation2.1.1 厚度为 6mm 及以上的钢板采用抛丸至 Sa2½级(ISO8501-1)。表面粗糙度为 30-75 m(ISO8503-1/3)。The st

20、认车间底漆与后续油漆配套的兼容性。Its compatibility with the main coating system to be confirmed by the coating manufacturer2.2 二次表面处理Secondary surface preparation2.2.1 所有锐边、小孔边缘,如切口、流水孔等、火焰切割自由所有不规则焊缝在油漆前要打磨光滑。All sharp edges, edge of small holes, such as slots, scallops, drain holes etc., flame cut free edges of s

21、tructural steel and all anomalistic weld seams shall be grounded smooth before painting.2.2.2 为了使涂层均匀,压载水舱中的钢结构需要按 ISO8501-3 中的 P2 级进行处理。The steelwork in water ballastshould be prepared so that the coating can be applied evenly in accordance with ISO 8501-3 grade P2. 包括去除锐边,焊接飞溅等。This involves remov

31、For the area other than water ballast , the intact shop primer might be remained, but the visible zinc salts on the intact shop primed surface shall be treated by sand swept, disc-sander, wire brush or other appropriate methods.2.2.4 涂装前表面要干燥,清洁,没有油、脂,皂液,焊渍和粉笔记号等。Surface shall be dried, cleaned and

36、ape to protect from contamination by surrounding painting After leak test, the seams/butts shall be finished painting as same as surrounding.涂装说明书Painting SpecificationS00PS924CP8 / 223 涂装施工Painting works3.1 涂装前的准备工作Preparation for painting application.3.1.1 涂料开罐前,应确认涂料的品种,颜色及保质期是否符合要求。Before openin

37、g the paint pot, to confirm whether the type, brand color, and the valid time are in accordance with the requirement.3.1.2 涂料的混合比、稀释率、搅拌、熟化时间、涂料施工,储藏及复涂间隔根据涂料产品说明。Mixing, Thinning, stirring, induction period, pot time, storage and the recoating intervals should be done according to the product data.

38、3.1.3 冬季施工环氧类涂料时,油漆商的指导下使用涂料的冬用型。Epoxy system paint not to be applied in winter shall be applied with its winter type under the supervising of paint manufacturer.3.2 涂装施工Painting application3.2.1 涂装施工时,施工环境条件应根据油漆商的建议,但在以下条件下不施工The environmental conditions under which the coating may be applied are

Brush or roller shall be applied where airless spray is impractical. The method of application will also be specified by the manufacturer as

43、e specified film thickness.涂装说明书Painting SpecificationS00PS924CP9 / 223.2.6上建外表面、通道、船壳外表面等有外观要求的部位要求各层施工均匀出现干喷、流挂、龟裂和夹灰等现象;对于货舱、液舱、空舱及舱等无装饰要求的表面,应无漏涂、气孔、裂纹,局部无影响外观的明显成道流挂。一旦各部位出现类似现象应进行修补。Appearance of the areas such as superstructure, passage , outside of shell where good appearance in required esp

44、ecially shall be checked, each layer must be applied homogeneously, surface irregularities such as dry spray, sagging, blooming or embedded dust should be avoided. For the surface of cargo hold, void spaces etc., voids, localized blow hole, crack and obvious sags and runs should be avoided. If these

45、 paint failure happened, touching up the area.3.3修补Touch-up涂装施工结束后, 适当的时间对漆膜的破损处进行修补。当破损未达到钢表面时,可用砂纸清洁,然后修补至规定干膜厚。当破损达到钢表面,根据二次除锈要求(表 1)要采用钢丝刷和/或砂纸处理,边缘完好涂层羽化处理拉出坡度,并按原配套修补。After application of the coating, the damaged position of paint film shall be repaired in adequate time. 48、r to control the total DFT (dry film thickness) of a coating system. But if the primer and the topcoat have absolutely different property and performance, then the DFT of primer coats and the DFT of topcoats must be controlled separately. Thickness measurements for water ballastare to be taken after

49、 each coat for quality control purposes and the total DFT confirmed on completion.4.2 至少有 90%以上的检测点的干膜厚度要达到油漆明细表中规定的厚度,其余 10%检测点的干膜厚至少达到规定干膜厚度的 90%。The dry film thickness specified in painting scheme shall be attained on at least 90% of the measuring points and may not be achieved on the remaining 1
