4、Tar Distillatio n Revamp ing Project1.5. 生产方案和处理能力Product Scheme and Capacity焦油蒸馏工段生产线改造项目是为30万吨/年焦油加工工程提高沥青QI指标,建于考伯斯开滦炭素化工有限公司厂内焦油蒸馏装置区内。Tar Distillation Revamping Project is to improve pitch QI for 300,000t/a tar processing project. The project is located tar distillati on site.年操作时间 The annual o
5、perating time: 7920 hours2. 流程说明 PROCESS DESCRIPTION本装置主要由焦油加热炉、沥青预处理塔、沥青处理塔、沥青塔循环泵及塔顶冷凝器组成。This pla nt is con sist of pitch colu mn heater, pitch primary treatme nt vessel, pitch sec on dary treatme nt vessel, treatme nt vessel circulati ng pump, and overhead conden ser.来自焦油塔底泵的拔顶焦油通过焦油进料泵P84111A/B
6、加压送往进料预热器E84122B和E84122A的壳程,通过吸收处理的拔顶焦油的热量,然后被送往沥青塔加热炉F84103循环。新鲜物料通过进入沥青塔加热炉循环泵进口管线与循环物料进行混合,通过沥青塔加热炉加热。从加热炉循环物料溢流进入沥青处理塔T84105和T84106,沥青处理塔能保证停留时间在10162min内。每个塔在正常流量(29,813kg/h)时,停留时间保持在81min。T84106塔底物料处理后的拔顶焦油经沥青塔循环泵P84115A/B,由T84106液位变送器控制进入杂酚油塔。沥青处理塔塔顶产生的含有轻油的气体和不凝气进入塔顶冷凝器E84123冷却,液相进入凝液回收罐V841
7、11,通过LT84133控制进入原中间罐组。气体进入气液分离器V84112和V84114进行分离后作为沥青塔加热炉及原有加热炉的燃料,重新回收利用。事故气体及安全阀泄放气体拟进入待建火炬系统。Feed for the treatme nt process is topped tar draw n from the discharge of theTar Colu mn ReboilerPumps. 8、ired for pitch yield improveme nt.精品文档The topped tar from bottom of tar column flows the shell sides of Treatment Feed Preheaters E84122B the n E84122A, recoveri ng heat from the treated topped tar leav ing the treatme nt process.The topped tar feed then flows into the Pitch Column Heater F84103 cir
9、culating loop.Pitch Heater Circulating Pumps P84113A/B deliver a very high throughput of topped tar through thePitch Column Heater F84103 and circulate this material from the discharge of the heater back through its sucti on .It is importa nt to note the heater throughput does not cha nge, regardles
10、s of the qua ntity of treatme nt process feed.Fresh feed mixed into the circulating flow at the circulating pump suction. This incoming feed tends to cool the circulating fluid, forcing additional heater firing.The treatme nt process feed overflows the Pitch Colum n Heater F84103 circulati ng loop a
11、nd flows tothe treatme nt vessel that can be adjusted for a varietyof reside nee times from about10mi nutesthrough to 162 minutes. Each vessel provides sufficient capacityfor 81 minutes residence time at theno rmal process feed rate (29,813kg/h).The treatme nt process product is treated topped tar w
12、hich is from the Treatme nt Vessel Circulat ingPumps P84115A/B discharge. It flows to the CreosoteColumn as feed under controlofthelevelcon troller at Pitch Sec on dary Treatme nt Vessel T84106.The treatme nt vessels T84105 and T84106 produce an overhead stream con sisti ng of light oil vaporand non
13、-conden sable gases.This stream flows to conden ser E84123 where the gases are cooledand the vapors are cooled and conden sed.The condensate flows to Condensate Receiver V84111 where the condensateis collected beforebeing blow n to storage un der level con trol LT84133.The gases separate from the li
