3、l equipments/tools, rigging gear and fall protection devices etc. and is to ensure that these equipments shall be inspected regularly by the relevant Professional, but the procedure will not be instead of the daily inspection before commencing the task. 本程序主要针对那些重要的和易带来危险的电气设备/工具，起重传动装置和坠落防护设备等,确保由有

4、关的专业人员对其进行有规律的检查。但是这并不是可以代替工作之前的日常检查。3 RESPONSIBILITY 职责 31 The safety personnel from contractor will be responsible for inspecting, postingthe labels on all tools/equipments .the safety personnel should make a record monthly.承包商的安全人员负责对所有的工具、设备和装置进行检查并贴上本月规定的色标并做好记录。 32 The safety personnel from th

5、e contractor should submit the record to BTSS safety engineer at the end of the month. 承包商安全人员在每月底将检查记录交给BTSS 安全人员。 33 BTSS safety engineer will spot check according to the record. In case of findingthe defective equipment and tool ,the contractor should stop the equipment and tool immediately. The

6、equipment or tool should be moved out or repaired .BTSS 安全人员根据检查记录进行抽查，发现有缺陷的设备和设施，必须马上要求承包商停止使用有缺陷的设备和设施。承包商必须立即修理该设备和设施或清理出工地。4 PROCEDURE 程序For ensuring the relational equipments, tools etc. are to be operated and used safely on Site, all Contractors shall implement safety Color Coding Procedure,

7、which covers the following, but not limited only,为了确保在现场安全地操作及使用有关的设备和工具等, 所有的承包商必须执行安全色码检查程序,这个程序包含了但不仅限于以下内容:Electrical Equipment Generators, Welding Machines, Power Panels, Cables, etc.电气设备发电机、电焊机、配电盘、电缆等Electrical Tools Grinders, Compactors, Disc Cutters, Drills, Jig Saws, etc.电动工具 角磨机、打夯机、圆盘切割机

8、、电钻、电锯等Lifting Gear Slings, Shackles, Hooks, Chain/Single Block, etc.起重传动装置 吊索、套钩、吊钩、链条葫芦单滑轮等Fall Protection “5 points” Safety Harness with double. lanyards/Absorber etc. Fall Arrestor Devices坠落保护 有双绳/减震器的五点”式安全带等坠落保护设备All the equipments and tools above are to have an individual number and are to be

Every month the qualified and competent persons will inspect the equipments and/or tools, and then will attach the relevant color code in a visible place and sign a register if found in good condition. No equipment and/or tool can be allowed to operate or use before attaching
