14、建设方案所定的规划目标，逐渐形成了自身的特色，并取得了较好的成效。现就立项以来会计学专业的建设工作总结如下：一、专业建设的整体情况本专业建设方案所定的规划的主要目标之一就是要通过三年的建设，使专业建设具有明显的特色优势，力争以优异的成绩通过江苏省特色专业建设点的验收，并力争创建国家级特色专业建设点。经过三年的建设，会计学专业形成了理论联系实际、人才培养与市场需求相结合的富有特色的应用型人才培养模式，形成了一支结构合理、专业理论扎实、应用技能过硬的会计学应用型人才培养的师资队伍，会计教研室被评为省级优秀教学团队；建立了适用于应用型人才培养的并具备自身特色的校内、外实验实习基地，通过深化教学改革与

15、管理，形成了一批教学改革成果：公开出版发行7 本具有应用特色的教材，会计英语获省级精品教材；会计学原理获省级精品课程，会计学应用型人才培养模式的研究与实践获江苏省高等教育教学成果二等奖；应用型人才培养成效显著，毕业生的“双证率、获奖率”不断提高，用人单位普遍反映会计学专业培养的毕业生素质全面，适应能力强，就业率一直稳定在99%以上，人才培养质量不断提高，服务社会的能力不断增强。本专业于2008 年被遴选为国家级特色专业建设点，完成了争创国家级特色专业建设点的目标。、形成了具有特色的人才培养方案（一）会计学特色专业建设的指导思想本专业立足于应用型会计人才的培养，遵循以能力为根本，以学生为主体，以

16、教师为主导，注重应用性、融合性、职业性、开放性和创新性的“一本二主五性”人才教育理念，紧紧把握我校会计人才培养的地方性和应用性特征，明确了学校会计学人才培养指导思想：坚持人才培养与社会需求相结合，针对社会职业岗位群设置专业方向；以能力培养为核心，构建知识结构和能力结构；教学方向始终围绕理论与实践两条主线，注重培养学生的创新能力和实践能力，努力做到学校教育与市场需求的零距离对接。（二）人才培养方案为了满足地方经济建设的需要，适应社会对会计专业人才的需求，充分调动和发挥学生的主观能动性，我们在确定人才培养方案时，遵循了 “一个定位、两个转变、三个整合、四个强化”的基本思想。即确定会计专业教学应用型

34、学生创新创业能力和学生的自我发展能力。在具体实施时采用了模块化的教学培养方案，主要特色体现在“专业核心模块 +专业选修模块（专业方向课和专业拓展课） ”的设置方面，使人才培养方案具有一定的灵活性与针对性。财务会计方向模块公共基础模块学科基础模块专业核心模块注册会计师方向模块XX 专业方向模块专业拓展模块1、教学计划课程设置的模块化会计学专业的教学计划在进行课程设置时，在专业指导委员会的指导下，通过充分进行市场调查和论证，将我们的培养目标定位在应用型本科层次，在保证达到本科教育基本理论要求的基础上，强调实际应用能力的培养；强调课程的标准化和学生的自主学习；强调这些组成部分与专业以及就业所针对的社

35、会职业岗位群之间的关系。课程设置基本上由公共基础模块、学科基础模块、专业核心模块、专业选修模块组成。2、专业选修模块群体化我们充分体现应用型本科的特点，注重课程之间的相互关系，在保证本科层次所必需的理论知识和文化素养的基础上，针对本科层次所对应的职业岗位群，设置了前后关联、循序渐进、 理论与实践并行的专业选修模块课程群，如财务会计、注册会计师等方向模块课程群，以及丰富的专业拓展课，以满足学生的个性化需要。3、构建双纲双线的教学培养体系双纲双线的培养体系是指理论主线和实践主线并行，理论教学大纲与实践教学大纲同步实施， 共同培养具有较强能力的应用型本科人才。为保证培养目标的实现，会计学专业实施了双

53、的教学团队。会计教研室现有专职教师24 人，其中教授3 人，副教授10 人，高级职称占54.2%；博士及在读博士8 人，占教师总数的33.3；45 岁以下的教师19 人，占教师总数的79.2，其中具有硕士学位教师占89.5%；并有多名教师具备注册会计师、注册税务师、注册资产评估师的执业资格。专业负责人葛军教授，多年从事教育管理工作以及教学工作，获全国优秀教师、江苏省教学名师和中青年学术带头人等多项殊荣。会计教研室2008 年被评为江苏省优秀教学团队。团队教师中全国优秀教师1 人，江苏省师德先进个人1 人，江苏省省级教学名师1 人，江苏省“333 高层次人才培养工程”中青年科学技术带头人1 人，
