Stre ngtheningthe supervisi on a nd management of ha bitualvi olationof, strengtheningthesafetysupervisionofoutsourcingcontractors.Carriedoutin潘家窑 35KV 变电站工程施工总结一、工程概况:本工程位于山西省朔州市潘家窑矿,本工程主要工程内容分为两部分;土建工程和电气工程,其中土建工程分为35kv 变电
11、站、电容器室,户外电气三部分。(1) :土建工程:35kv 变电站为框架结构,共三层,建筑面积为425.28m2, 建筑局度为11.8m,其中地上两层,地下一i层。基础米用独立基础墙下 钢筋混凝土条形基础,地基处理采用3: 7 灰土换填,混凝土强度等级为C30,屋面为现浇钢筋混凝土板。配套室内外抹灰、刷乳胶漆、 地面铺瓷砖,配套室内给排水、电器照明设施安装。电容器室为石专混结构,采用整片换填3:7灰土 1.5m厚,至基础 底。MU30石条形基础,现浇C30钢筋混凝土屋面(高度为4.5m), 配套室内电气照明、采暖、通风设施安装。(2) :户外部分:室外设3支避雷针,高度 30m;事故贮油池1个
12、(尺寸为4.5m*1.8m*2.2m);主变门型架共两架,高度为9m;磁控电抗基础2个 ( 尺 寸 为 5.2m*5.2m*0.4m); 主 变 压 器 贮 油 池 2 个 ( 尺 寸 为 7.6m*6m*0.6m);隔离开关支座,高度为2.5m,共2处;10kv母线桥 支座共8基,高度为3m;室外电缆沟分为4种,电缆沟1宽1.2m, 深1.1m,电缆沟2宽1m,深1.1m,电缆沟3宽0.8m,深0.7m,电缆沟 4宽0.6m,深0.7m,均采用素混凝土结构。(3) :电气工程:( 1) 设备安装:35kv 高压配电室内设12 台高压开关柜,10kv 高压ctivities,compre he

26、设电力电缆 VJV22-0.6/1-3*50+1*25 共 120m;(3)防雷接地:采用热镀锌接地-40*4 扁钢500m。二、主要施工过程简述:我施工单位编制了完善的安全技术制度和切实可行的施工组织计划,密切与甲方配合,在甲方与监理的密切配合下,我单位全体职工加班加点,终于在合同规定时间内完成了合同规定全部施工内容,并经甲方及监理验收合格。以下是施工过程简述:(1) 、测量控制方法:根据建设单位提供的测量控制点(坐标及高程) ,施工图纸和有关规范规定,进行基础放线的测量;(2) 、土方工程的施工:根据实际施工顺序及现场情况,采用50T装载机一台,12T 自卸汽车2 辆进行土方工程的施工。设
27、计标高在20cm-30cm以上的土方采用人工开挖,其余部分人工细部整修。土方回填前,先清除坑穴中积水、游泥和杂物,有地下水时,要采用降水措施。回填时,采用挖掘机填土,由下而上分层铺填,每层厚度不宜大于30cm1决不能居高临下,不分层次,一次性堆填。施工顺序与挖土顺序相反,根据工程实际情况,采用小型打夯机夯实;(三)钢筋工程:1、钢筋加工:现场搭设钢筋棚,配备切断机、对焊机、弯曲机等机械。根据钢筋翻样单进行下料然后成型。钢筋加工过程中,下料除锈成型各道工ctivities,compre hensive andtamping SafetyFoundation.Troubl eshooti ng,m

40、绑扎:(1)成型钢筋的运输,应轻搬低放,以防变形。(2)在绑扎之前应仔细核对钢筋型号、直径、形状、数量是否符合料单、料牌和图纸要求,审核无误后进行绑扎。(3)纵向受力钢筋在现场构件内不能对焊的,可采用搭接方法,搭接长度应符合设计及规范要求。(4)现浇楼板钢筋要按设计要求施工,同一截面内搭接接头不应超过25%搭接长度48D,楼板双层筋之间要设“马凳” (010钢筋制作)每平方米设2 个。楼板加筋及洞口加筋应严格按图纸施工。(5)现浇楼板砼时,应在钢筋上面搭设架木板,严禁乱踏钢筋,各种节点处理应严格按图施工。图纸无法注明的难点,应现场研究解决。( 6)钢筋绑扎好后,在自检合格的基础上,报监理部门验

50、,试块按期及时试压,安排专人负责实验工作。(4)砼的振捣使用插入式振捣器,楼板可辅以平板振捣器,插入式振捣器应快插慢拔,振捣要求密实,以砼开始泛浆和不冒气泡为准,应避免漏振、欠振和超振。(5)梁板砼应严格控制标高和表面平整度,并一次浇筑成功,不留施工缝。浇捣结束后,根据气温情况,进行覆盖,终凝后,浇水养护,养护工作应由专人负责。普通砼养护不少于7 天。2、对钢筋密集处,为保证浇捣质量可采取以下措施:(1)保证钢筋之间缝隙,上下层钢筋用钢筋头垫开。(2)用小型震动棒或震动片辅助震捣。(3)用木锤在模板外敲打,以加强振动。(4)振捣人员应加强责任心,并选派技术素质高的工人操作。并应在浇注过程中仔细
