18、美德的光辉。如雷锋的热爱祖国、人民，体现了“忠”，他的关心他人、为人民服务就体现了“仁”，他的勤奋好学、苦练技术，就体现了 “勤”学雷锋，要提炼精神，要追根溯源，这个“源”， 就是中华传统美德。一、真、善、美中华传统美德教育的目标中华传统美德教育要求在教育实践中把教育目标（善）与学生身心发展的规律性（真）高度统一起来，反映了教育研究从传统知识论向审美和文化论提升、从科学主义和技术主义向人文主义和心灵主义的转化。中华传统美德教育通过对学校环境中可利用因素的全方位设计 , 在潜移默化中培养学生形成积极的审美情趣和完美心理品质，达到学生完善自我、实现自我的目的。二、以人为本中华传统美德教育的原则中华

19、传统美德教育作为一门课程，必须进行有意识、有预期的教育设计。在设计时应注重剔除消极因素、追求正面隐性效果，防止负面隐性效果。学校中华传统美德教育的开发与实施必须遵循以下原则：1、系统性原则。中华传统美德教育要使学校环境中的各种教育因素对学生心理整体、协调地发生作用，不应仅仅零星地挖掘和研究单一因素或某几个因素，并夸大其作用。学校中华传统美德教育的目标要和新课程中的“以德为本”的目标相一致。2、适应性原则。对于学生来说，中华传统美德教育要考虑其心理特征，适应其心理发展需要，而不能"眉毛胡子一把抓"。要根据学生年龄特征和性格特点因人施教。3、主体性原则。中华传统美德教育体现了“

20、一切为了学生的发展”的理念，要求充分调动学生的潜力，充分发挥师生双方在环境育人中的能动性和主动性，把主体性教育贯穿于教育活动的全过程，使学生的主体性达到最饱满程度。4、情感性原则。情感智力往往决定着每个学生的心理愉悦性。新课程标准十分重视学生的情感、态度、价值观，这有助于激发学生的非认知因素，有助于形成和促进生生之间、师生之间的情感交流，有助于加强师生之间、生生之间的理解和沟通。有了这种交流、理解与沟通， 学生往往会在无形中去学习他人的审美思维方式、情感体验方式及对事物的态度和价值取向，比较容易形成符合社会需要的美德。三、注重建设中华传统美德教育的途径我们探讨的中华传统美德教育是一种通过建立审

I L德为本” 、 “德育领先”和加强审美情操教育的理念应该融于整个教育体系， 存在于诸育、诸学科的内容与形式的一切方面、一切环节。学校教育中应该处处包含中华传统美德教育的内容，使学生的爱心、同情心、自尊心、友谊感、责任感和美感和谐统一发展，成长为有健全个性的真善美

30、活人。一堂好课的标准不只是教师教得多么精彩、学生学到了多少知识，而必须从多元化的角度、 从全面素质培养的角度来进行评判。教师是用自己的心去爱抚学生的心、与学生进行生命间的交流，还是像个执法官、永远以冰冷的外壳去碰撞学生柔嫩的心灵，将对学生树立美好品德和培养审美能力带来不可低估的影响。因此， 课堂上教师的一言、一行都应包含中华传统美德教育的意义和价值。教师应有意识地提醒自己在课堂上对学生要多激励、多表扬，少批评、少否定，要注意教育机会的平等和公平，承认差异，善待差异，切实遵守因材施教等教育原则。2、渲染在学校文化环境上在中华传统美德教育中，影响学生成长最直接、最具体的因素是校风和班风。良好的校风

31、时时在潜移默化地引导着学生的心理成长。一所学校，有了良好的校风，就能有组织地教育、 感染师生，使优良的风气成为群体规范，深入人心。同时， 人的心理活动定势规律表明，在良好风气的熏陶下，校风所倡导的精神、态度和作风会成为每个师生的自觉行动。班风是班级的灵魂，更加直接影响着班中的每一个成员。研究表明：一个培育起民主型班风的班级，师生之间、同学之间相互信任、关系和谐，学生学习积极性高，自信心、自尊感强；而在形成了专制型班风的班级中，师生之间相互不信任，许多学生烦闷、恐惧、厌学。注重中华传统美德教育，就要通过强化集体荣誉感、培养学生爱学校、爱师长、爱他人；帮助学生培养“我学习（工作）着，所以我快乐”、

32、 “快乐是我的美德”等优良品质；协调好生生关系、师生关系，让学生从小打下学会自主、学会合作、学会探究，学会学习，学会生存的坚实基础。3、加强在授课的组织方式中不同的学科，教学内容和要求不同，其授课方式也应各具特色。如体育课在室外进行，且多以活动为主；音乐、美术课则有专用教室，组织形式更为活泼；自然、科学课则有实验课，不但配备有仪器、设备，而且要求人人动手操作等等。结合这些学科独特的授课方式，如果巧妙地辅之以适当的中华传统美德教育的训练，则会使中华传统美德教育在 “润物细无声”中悄然实施。像在体育课的户外活动中注意培养学生的合作意识、 竞争意识、自我保护的技能以及进行意志品质锻炼；在音乐、美术课

33、中启发学生学会欣赏他人、学会人际间的相互支持与鼓励；在自然、科学课上不仅训练学生的动手能力和相互配合的能力，而且让学生在观察中锻炼细心和耐心、在物品的准备和整理中养成爱整洁和有条理的好习惯。总之， 只要教师善于创新，就会在教学活动中同时达到中华传统美德教育的目的。中华传统美德是中华民族历代流传下来的，有益于后代的优秀道德遗产，它包含了优秀的民族品质、优良的民族精神、崇高的民族气节、高尚的民族情感、良好的民族礼仪等方面。它标志着中华民族的“形”与“魂”。它也是我国人民两千多年来处理人际关系、人与社会关系和人与自然关系的实践的结晶。加强中华传统美德教育的宗旨就是为了在新的形势下，继承、 弘扬、提高

I L学习理念，其中特别突出了过程与方法、情感态度与价值观。我认为在教学过程的落实中，情感态度与价值观方面更为重要。在现在社会主义市场经济迅速发展的情况下，有些人们的价值取向发生了变化，个人品质出现了问题，拜金主义抬头，功利实用主义日益侵蚀人们的头脑。 这些低级趣味也不同程度的影响到了中小学生的健康成长。在这种背景下，素质教育中的情感态度与价值观教育更显得尤为重要。中华传统美德教

46、育是素质教育中情感态度与价值观教育的一块很好的阵地。那么， 究竟可对学生进行哪些中华传统美德教育呢？我认为有如下四个方面：一、忧国忧民，敢为天下先人活着究竟是为了什么？应怎样立志？做怎样的人？这个问题在不同的社会和时期里，会有不同的具体答案：要么仅仅为个人私利而活着；要么为人民大众谋福利而活着。前者表现为只是追求自己的吃喝玩乐；后者表现为为国家、民族、社会以至全人类的利益和进步事业而奋斗终生。这就是在道德情操上低俗与高尚的分水岭。我国是一个崇尚教化的民族，历来主张正确处理公私关系。无数民族脊梁，无一不都是自觉的把个人利益与人民利益、国家利益连接在一起，忧国忧民，敢为天下先。礼记礼运曰： “大道

47、之行也，天下为公。 ”根据这一观点，即使那些贵为帝王的，也不应将国家民众视为个人一家所有，从而做到“天子之位传贤而不传子”。从战国时期屈原的“长太息以掩涕兮，哀民生之多艰”，到北宋范仲淹“先天下之忧而忧，后天下之乐而乐”，从南宋陆游“死去元知万事空，但悲不见九州同”，到明末顾炎武的“天下兴亡，匹夫有责”，从晚清林则徐的“苟利国家生死以，岂以祸福避趋之”到民国初年周恩来的“相会于中华腾飞世界时”，等等。所有这些历史人物的光辉业绩及其主张，都集中变现了人生观方面的中华传统美德。培养这方面的美德对青少年的健康成长具有特别重要的意义。二、忠于信仰，舍生取义一般说来，人生的考验莫大于死。求生避死，可谓生

48、命之本能。然而，人作为地球上万物之灵，就不能一概而论了。孟子曰： “生亦我所欲也，死亦我所欲也，二者不可得兼，舍生而取义也。 ”孔子更强调，凡“志士仁人，无求生以害仁，有杀生以成仁”。所以如此，在古贤看来，生命诚可贵，信仰价更高。二者矛盾时，为了保持信仰，应献出自己的生命。这集中体现了古人在生死观方面的崇高品格与追求。当然，一个人要想真正做到这一点，是很不容易的。宋朝的秦桧是尽人皆知的民族败类。但他曾是一名状元郎，很有学问。然而这个状元郎却在靖康之难中被俘变节，万人唾骂。无独有偶，明朝洪承畴，官至兵部尚书，后调任蓟辽总督抵御清兵，1642 年兵败被俘，因经不起死神的考验，沦为鹰犬。像秦桧、洪承

49、畴这类历史人物，不能说他们没有一时之抱负，但他们贪生怕死，丧失气节，为人们所不齿。司马迁说过： “人固有一死， 或重于泰山，或轻于鸿毛”。历史上不断涌现的英雄人物，如文天祥、史可法、邓世昌、谭嗣同等，正是因为他们忠于信仰，敢于舍生取义的美德，才创造出惊天地、泣鬼神的业绩，留名青史，永为后人敬仰。培养青少年具有这样的生死观方面的传统美德尤为重要。三、百折不回，坚韧不拔一个人要有些成就，能为国家民族有所贡献，除了应有抱负、经得住生死考验外，还必须具有坚韧不拔的奋斗精神。孟子曰： “天降大任于斯人也，必先苦其心志，劳其筋骨，饿其体肤，空乏其身，行拂乱其所为，所以动心忍性，增益其所不能”。这是因为，凡
