19、ci on a nd efrm ligtem pacie i the关在:校大学少兼职情况的调查报告关于在校大学生兼职情况的调查报告以天津大学精仪学院为例一、调查背景及方法随着经济的发展，竞争的激烈，就业形式日趋严峻，为了在毕业后能够更好地适应社 会，很多在校大学生选择了从事兼职工作，一方面缓解了家庭的经济压力，更重要的是在 一定程度上接触了社会，获取了一些工作经验，提高了自己的综合实力。大学生兼职已是 大学校园里的一种普遍现象，具存在很久，已经成为大学生生活的有机组成部分，是一种 不可忽视的现象。兼职是大学生交际圈的突破，是大学生生活的润滑剂，也是大学教育在 地域上的延伸。而针对大批在校大学

20、生有过兼职经历的事实，我利用轨道交通学院世纪英 才学校第一期学员结业调研的机会，在天津大学精仪学院开展了一次题为“在校大学生兼 职情况”的调查。了解大学生获得兼职的途径、兼职工作的特点、大学生兼职的意义和从 事兼职的目的与收获等等；从而了解高校大学生的兼职状况，以期掌握大学生兼职的一些 特征，为高校加强对大学生兼职工作的管理提供一定的参考。本次调查采用问卷和访谈两种方法，共发放 200份问卷，其中每栋宿舍楼发放了 20 份，收回了 192份，回收率96%男女生比例总的来说是4:1。二、调查内容1、大学生获取兼职的途径大学生在寻找兼职信息的方面各具特色，而本次调查是以我所设的调查问卷为依据做出的

24、生通过校园广告寻找兼职，还有部分 同学通过中介公司寻找兼职。调查结果显示：在校大学生兼职主要趋于自己寻找和熟人介 绍，而男生趋于自己找，女生趋于熟人介绍；同时调查表明校园广告和中介方式找工作已 经逐渐被社会的人所接受。2、大学生兼职工作的特点如图表2所小:在校大学生兼职特点促销员发传单服务生口超市收银员口与本专业 相关工作20%经过调查显示：大学生兼职所从事的工作与自己的专业几乎是完全脱离的，从事兼职的类型主要为服务型（如服务员、派送员和导购员等）和从事产品推销员的大学生占被调 查者的90%以上；只有极少数大学生从事于专业相关的工作。访谈中反映出，兼职学生在寻找兼职职位时，忽略了兼职工作内容应

25、与自己所学专业相关这一问题。3、大学生兼职的意义大学生兼职的定义“兼职”在现在汉语词典中中有动词和名词两种词性 ，含义为在本职之外兼任其 他职务。由于学生的本职工作是学习，所以，在校大学生从事的有报酬的工作活动，更确 切地应称之为兼职。对在校大学生来说，毕业之后即将步入社会，就面临着一种角色的转换。他们要考虑 各种各样的立足社会所必需的，诸如人际关系处理技能和工作经验等问题。可以说，大学 生兼职是一种帮助自己尽快社会化的有效途径。大学生兼职弥补了学费缺口.、 1.、 .中国高等教育学费标准一直在快速增长。全国高校生均学费已经从1995年800元左右上涨到了 2004年的5000元左右，进入新校

26、区的学生的学费则在 6000元左右，住宿185 费也在逐年上涨，再加日常生活所需费用，平均每个大学生每年花费会在万元左右，4年大学则需要4万元左右2。2002年8月18日，一位记者采写了一篇名为 高校费用让多少人.、3“吃不消”的报道，反映了我国高校学费一直居高不下的现实0日益升高的学费和生活费使学生的经济负担加大，而大学生兼职能满足学生增加额外收入、减少家庭负担的心 态。调查结果显示，大学生兼职收入主要用于学费、基本生活费、购买学习用品和购买服 饰品等日常基础活动方面。如表3所示：在校大学生兼职收入去向调查表收入 去向交纳 学费做基本 生活费购买 服饰品旅游买手机 电脑等投资购买学 习用品人

40、缺口首先，从国家助学资源提供看，在校大学生兼职在一定程度上可以帮助国家减轻助 学压力，同时也有利于大学生毕业后的就业。目前我国高校的贫困生超过300万人，并有逐年增长的趋势。如此众多的贫困生仅靠资助和助学贷款必将给社会带来巨大压力。兼职 成为缓解国家助学资源缺乏的有效手段。其次，从人力资源角度看，从事兼职的大学生在一定程度上补充了当地对人力资源 的一部分需求。由于种种原因，用人单位的人员职位空缺情况时有发生，形成的岗位空缺 一时无法补充，这就需要有暂时的人力资源来填补，兼职大学生的薪水可较一般水平的低 又具有一定水平的知识和技能素养，因此，是用人单位不错的选择。三、大学生从事兼职的目的和收获大

50、现的问题1、职业选择逐渐脱离专业甚至妨碍正常学业调查中还发现，学生兼职时间并不仅仅局限于课余时间。面对上课时间与兼职时间的 冲突，大部分同学选择根据自己观念中课程的重要性来决定 ，少部分的同学选择继续上 课,有个别的学生上课宁愿请假也要去工作。可见，学生兼职时间与课业时间冲突带来的 取舍问题值得关注。对“兼职对学业的影响”这一问题 ，40.5 %的兼职学生认为兼职促进 了自己学业的进步,42.7 %的兼职学生认为兼职没有影响到学业，有16.8%的被调查者承 认兼职对自己的学习造成了负面影响。并且有些学生将大部分精力，甚至是全部的精力都投入到兼职中，兼有多份工作，为了繁重的业务而不得不连续逃课，

51、精力也无法集中在 学业中，造成了 “兼职过多，影响学业”的现象。2、用人单位与学生均面临信用危机“大学生单纯、幼稚、好骗，它们不出来打工，我们骗谁去”，“大学生劳动力便宜 人也老实，让干嘛干嘛！少给点钱也没关系” 4等等不光彩的声音，加上大学生社会经验欠 缺，导致他们身心受到伤害。在遭遇用人单位寡信的同时 ，兼职学生自己也面临信用危 机。在访谈中，一位同学道出了自己做派送员的经历，派发的食品一大半都分给了亲友或 是自己吃掉，有的与其他派送员交换了其他物品；而且这类行为在兼职的大学生中已经屡 见不鲜。大学生对诚信的淡漠导致其缺乏在兼职中的职业道德,这对日后走向社会，步入工作岗位将会产生不良的后果
