2、业面对竞争和增强竞争力的重要方法,以唐山乐汇投资有限公司为例,该公司建于2015年初,从一个小公司发展到如今的行业领头羊是因其将优良的投资组合设计和智能交易系统相结合的结果,所以本文研究的是乐汇投资有限公司的营销策略分析,同时存在的问题进行有效说明并提出自己的一些理解,并对他们今后的发展得出自己的策略。本文通过对唐山乐汇投资有限公司调查和研究,经过调查走访,文献查询和实践经历,了解该投资公司营销策略的现状和目前存在的一些问题,针对出现的问题,得出自己对其营销策略存在问题的一些见解和策略,通过改善这些问题可以获得到更大的进步,结合现在政府的策略和我国外汇市场的发展现状说明其发展策略能给许多外汇经
3、纪行业的发展带来新的方向,并结合公司内的设计和策略与一体来阐述该经营理念的成功之处。本文研究的主要内容就是通过对以唐山乐汇投资有限公司为例的中小型外汇经纪行业的营销策略是怎样的,通过查找文献资料和进行调查进一步分析这些策略的成功所在和优劣,提出在外汇经纪市场现状下适合自身的独具特色营销对策,为公司的多样化,差异化发展开拓一条新道路。文章内第一部分最先说明了研究内容的背景,接着确定研究对象和研究方法,研究的目标和意义,最后是研究的主要内容。第二部分为市场营销环境分析,主要从营销的宏观环境,包括法律环境,经济环境、社会文化环境等进行研究总结。第三部分,根据调查分析,得到外汇经纪行业存在的主要问题及
4、分析,一方面是关于乐汇投资有限公司的营销现状。例如:经纪人管理混乱,营销方向不明确等。另一方面是关于公司营销时存在的问题。例如:缺乏服务意识;市场定位不够明确等。第四部分,针对第三部分出现的问题,对乐汇投资公司存在的的问题提出具有针对性的对策。例如,明确自己的市场定位,制定产品的定价策略,促销策略,渠道策略,优化整合公司内部资源,提出服务营销的主张,差异化发展战略为今后主要发展方向等等。外汇经纪业现今的主要核心竞争力仍然受服务质量的优劣所制,要做到外汇经纪和服务很好的结合起来才能提升企业的竞争力,对于外汇经纪行业来说,一些好的营销策略能给你带来的的效益是不可想象的,通过对唐山乐汇投资有限公司外
5、汇经纪行业的营销策略分析的研究学习,可以知道国内外汇经纪行业持续发展,产业规模不断扩大,市场竞争非常激烈,随着消费者需求的不断变化使得新业态的出现,唐山乐汇投资有限公司外汇经纪行业应在自己的新业态发展前进,因为外汇服务的要求也越来越高,从唐山乐汇投资有限公司外汇经纪行业的营销策略研究学习中我了解到了它的成功之处也明白欠缺这服务意识的提高,工作人员的服务素质还可以提高,发展方向还可以进一步扩展,我觉得外汇经纪行业要做到以服务营销为核心地位现在国内外汇经纪行业的发展越来越激烈了,如何在这个激烈的竞争中生产并发展是许多中小外汇经纪公司都在思考的问题,乐汇投资公司的发展给予其他中小外汇经纪行业发展方向
6、,并朝着一定的发展方向来制定相关的营销策略,本文研究的是唐山乐汇投资有限公司的营销策略分析,对其进行资料的收集并了解其营销策略的特点和它是怎么适应我国的外汇经纪现状,这些营销策略给公司带来多大的效益,是怎么满足顾客的获利心理同时提高公司效益,怎么在激烈的行业竞争中找到自己的出路,形成自己的特色,我提出了自己的建议,对一些有建设性的发展在这一特征的企业的指导下,借鉴国际经验,系统的说明是如何通过营销策略,提高自身的竞争力,希望能够通过本文章给其他外汇经纪行业一些启示。关键词:营销策略;服务营销;外汇经纪英文翻译Forex brokerage industry has experienced ex
