Under such circumstance the Sellers, however,

21、 are still under the obligation to take all n ecessary measures to hasten the delivery of the goods. If any discrepancies are found by the Buyer regarding the specifications or the quantity, except those for which either the insurance compan

23、y or the shipping company is responsible, the Buyers shall, within 120 days after discharge of thegoods at the port of destination, have the right either to reject the goods or to claim against theSellers on the strength of the inspection9.
