9、第11标段招标文件,技术设计图纸(表)等相关资料。2、交通部颁布的现行公路工程国内招标文件范本(2003年版)、施工规范、施工技术规程、质量评定标准与验收办法。3、由业主组织召开的施工招标标前会议纪要、补遗书及我方对现场及其周围环境进行调查所 掌握的有关资料。4、我单位建设类似工程的施工经验、科技成果及用于本工程的施工设备和技术力量情况。5、依据施工组织管理指导思想及目标,采取平行交叉流水作业,各相关工序及时转换衔接。二、施工方案(一)、工程概况1.1 概况本顶管工程为燕山路南延道路工程(江山大街金沙江西街段)污水顶管工程,顶管起点位于燕山路线路右幅既有顶管工作井接终点金沙江西街人行道位置现状
10、污水井,为DN800钢筋碎管,管深约7米,顶管长度为60米,已建顶管工作井1个,既有接收井1个。根据所提供施工图及地质报告,顶管穿越的土层大部分为中砂及粉细砂层,且地下水位高,顶管所在土层均于地下稳定水位线下,极易产生流沙,因此,顶管施工工艺必须具有防流沙及机头迎面塌方措施,选用气压平衡法 较为适宜。但由于气压对于小口径顶管操作比较困难,施工进度十分缓慢,且安全隐患大,而敞开 式工具管头可以避免以上缺点,因此可将气压式机头与敞开式工具管头综合考虑,从而扬长避短, 充分发挥其优越性。1.2 工程地质及水文条件根据地勘资料,地面以下5米范围内为人工填石层:呈青灰、灰褐色,主要由块石及碎石组成,块石

20、)砖砌检查井 1座。(二)、工程组织2.1 工程人员组织本工程在交通繁忙的道路下施工,地质情况较复杂,对现状道路的保护及地面沉降的严格控制至关重要,为确保工程的安全、质量、进度和文明施工,我公司组织成立了具有顶管施工丰富实践经验的人员,成立约 20人的专项顶管作业施工队,在项目部的领导下工作。施工队设队长 1名,全面负责队组的生产工作,技术负责人 1名,负责顶管施工技术,和顶管施工班组,各生产班组由班组长率领,工人直接完成施工任务。2.2 施工用水用电本工程施工、照明用电计划从附近的工地接入380V电,并备用一台30KW勺柴油发电机。用水从线路西侧红旗南河接入DN50给水管作为主要施工用水。2

36、采用沉井工艺施工。沉井施工顺序:基坑测量放样-基坑开挖-刃脚垫层施工-立井筒内模和支架-钢筋绑扎-立外模和支架-浇捣井筒混凝土-养护及拆模-封砌预留孔-井点安装及降水-凿除垫层、挖土下沉-井底注浆-浇筑水下砂-绑扎底板钢筋、浇捣底板混凝土-绑扎后背钢筋、浇捣后背混凝土。具体施工如下:( 1)基坑测量放样根据沉井设计图纸和工程地质报告所揭示的地质情况,沉井基坑开挖深度取2 米,沉井刃脚外侧面至基坑边的工作距离取2 米, 基坑边坡采用1:1 。 整平场地后,根据沉井的中心座标定出沉井中心桩、纵横轴线控制桩及基坑开挖边线。施工放样结束后,须经监理工程师复核准确无误后方可开工。(2) 基坑开挖经监理工

51、层采用砂垫层和混凝土垫层共同受力。a. 砂垫层厚度的确定砂垫层厚度H可采用如下计算公式计算:N/B + 丫 砂HW b 根据计算结果,无论是工作井还是接收井,砂垫层厚度H均为 60 (厘米)。砂垫层采用加水分层夯实的办法施工,夯实工具为平板式振捣器。b. 混凝土垫层厚度的确定混凝土垫层厚度可按下式计算公式计算:h = (G 0/R b ) / 2根据计算结果,混凝土垫层厚度h为 1015厘米(工作井为15厘米,接收井为10厘米)。混凝土垫层表面应用水平仪进行校平,使之表面保持在同一水平面上。(4)立井筒内模和支架由于顶管沉井高度达9 米左右,因此,井身混凝土分三节浇捣,内模同样分三节按装。井筒
52、模板采用组合钢模与局部木模互相搭配,以保证内模的密封性。刃脚踏脚部分的内模采用砖砌结构,宽度与刃脚同宽。井身内模支架采用?48*3.5 钢管支撑。钢管支架必须架设稳固,如有必要,可采用对撑支架,增加内模的稳定性。(5)钢筋绑扎钢筋的表面应洁净,使用前将表面油渍、鳞锈等清理干净;钢筋应平直,无局部弯折,成盘的钢筋均应调直;预制构件中的主钢筋均采用对焊、焊接并按照有关规定抽样送检;钢筋接f back bone back bone role ;tofull strengtheni ngmembers yout h work,fullplay y out h employeesi n company
