1、临淄一中英语大阅读活动简介一、英语阶梯阅读目的：英语阅读作为语言技能的重要组成部分，作为语言输入的主要环节之一，在英语教学中占有重要地位。而在现实的英语教学中，学生的阅读量远远达不到英语课程标准的要求。我校目前开展的英语阶梯阅读活动，旨在通过给学生提供题材广泛、趣味性强、通俗易懂、符合学生认知规律的语言材料，培养学生良好的阅读习惯，形成有效的学习策略，提高阅读能力，最终提高教学成绩。具体做法：以年级备课组为单位，组织教师精心编写英语阶梯阅读材料。以单元的语言话题为主线，每个单元向学生提供4-5篇阅读文章，利用英语阅读课进行阅读训练。阅读内容包括：趣味阅读一篇，美文欣赏一篇（单元话题作文范文，要
